Erik arrived on time and expertly resolved the slow drain problem I was having in my upstairs bathroom sink, it required a 40 ft motorized mechanical snake to clear up the clogged drain in the lower pipe. Erik was very pleasant and completely cleaned up the area afterwards, excellent service, would highly recommend him for anyone that needs this type of service.

I purchased a package for Main Sewer line cleaning because I was having a problem with water backing up problem in my basement. Eric responded quickly, and took the time to really get to know what my issue really was instead of just performing what I had asked for! He explained things to me and then proceeded to take care of the real issue very quickly. He left everything cleaner that it was. Exceeded my expectations!

The provider came to my house and the problem had resolved itself. He was very nice and did not bill us since he didn't have to do any work and even said he would give us a full refund. I kept the deal assuming we would need it at some point because he was nice and reasonable from the start.

I purchased drain unclogging service through Angie's List, and Eric responded immediately by email. He was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday for no extra charge, and was prompt and very professional. He identified the problem quickly, but due to odd plumbing and old, fragile pipes, he had to spend a little extra time and effort (like replacing some parts) to unclog the drain. The extra charge was very reasonable, and I really appreciated that he let us know we should call a plumber the next time to do a more thorough overhaul. Highly recommended!

Eric arrived on time, found the problem, fixed and was complete within the hour. He was comfortable answering questions about his process to help me understand what and why he was troubleshooting so I can understand homeowner stuff. Have used him in past, and if I need such a service again and I hope I don't, I would call him again.

Eric initially cleaned the drain in our laundry room. A few days later, our sewer pipe backed up, so he came back and worked on that pipe. There was a problem with the pipe and he wasn't sure whether he could get it fully cleaned out, but he stuck with it and saved us from an expensive pipe-relaying project. He was positive and prompt, and cleaned up the mess. I would use Eric again with no hesitation.

Eric was very courteous. My main drain backed up in the AM and he was at my house within 1/2 an hour! He knew what he needed to do, put down tarps to keep our carpet clean. Eric showed up on time (actually a few minutes early). He diagnosed the problem and worked efficiently to correct it. His communication skills were excellent and he was easy to work with. From start to finish he was respectful of my property and left everything clean. I will definitely use him again should the need arise.

When doing a load of laundry the day before, the floor drain in my basement backed up with the water from the washing machine. I called Halverson Sewer Service, and Eric set up a time to come to my house the following morning at 10:00. He arrived on time, and also called to let me know he was on his way before he arrived. Eric has a great personality for a service-related business: friendly, courteous, respectful, etc. It had been several years since I had the main drain cleaned, and Eric discovered that the line was materially clogged with tree roots (as is common in my neighborhood near Lake Harriet in south Minneapolis). Within an hour, Eric had the drain totally cleared and good as new. He also did an outstanding job of keeping his work area minimal, and cleaned up everything before he left. He did a great job of answering all of my questions, and committed to send me a reminder notice every two years to keep the line clear and avoid any serious problems. I will DEFINITELY use Eric and Halverson Sewer Service again and recommend them to my neighbors as well. It is rare to receive such exemplary service and be completely satisfied. Great job Eric!!
