It went great. My wife was there when they came. They called before they came to let us know they were going to be a little late. The price was fair. They were courteous and respected the place they worked in.

They couldn't do it because the sewer line that goes to the street is not below ground. It's not in the basement but halfway up. We weren't able to get done exactly what we wanted done. He's probably a good guy, he just wasn't able to do exactly what we wanted. I will probably use them again.

There were $85 each with the extra repairs I had asked for. Without the repairs his charge for the second drain would have been 50% of $85. Eric made the appointment 2 days after Easter vacation and arrived on time at 8:30am .I had called on Friday, before the holiday weekend. He was on time, very courteous, energetic, thorough, and he polished all the bathroom hardware. He left a spotless, shining bathroom that was completely functional again. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him.

Eric, who owns this business, came out to do the work. He's great. He scheduled me quickly and was on time. He's friendly and easy to communicate with. He is knowledgeable and able to explain what he's doing. He didn't try to convince me to do work I didn't need. In fact, he repeatedly told me that I didn't need to clean drains that I wondered about, because the drains were still working OK. The drains that he DID clean are now working well (he provides a 90-day warranty just in case). He was up front about how much he can handle for main sewer line cleaning -- that he doesn't dome than 100ft. He cleaned up after himself, and he seemed very honest. His prices seem reasonable compared to other drain cleaning businesses in town. I would definitely hire him again.

Eric responded quickly and was on time for appointment. Did a great job cleaning the drain and explaining what issues were. Had to do some basic plumbing of sink drain as he didn't feel he could leave it was it was. Not really his area of expertise but he went above what I expected as he wanted to make sure it was right. Thought total bill was very reasonable for the time he put in. Will definitely use again if needed in future.

Expected him to tell me main sewer pipe to street was clogged with tree roots. Problem turned out to be simpler and clearing the clog was easier. He was efficient and took care of issue then cleaned up after himself and washed and sanitized the floor near the drain.

Eric was punctual, cleaned up and left no mess and automatically checked other drains for any problems. Very efficient and professional. I will call him next time I need service.

Eric was prompt in returning my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and we scheduled the work for the next morning. He also suggested how I could determine if the floor drain back up was a result of the main line being blocked or whether is was a clog in the house plumbing. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, leaving the work area as clean as when he arrived. Eric is hard working, knowledgeable and honest person who I highly recommend; I know you'll be impressed by him and his work.

Great service! Service guy was running a bit late on his appointments and called ahead to let me know he'd be late, which was greatly appreciated because it allowed me to get out and run some errands. He said he'd call me about 20 minutes before he arrived so I'd have time to get home. He was identify the problem quickly, which ended up being a clogged drain under our floor. He quickly cleared it out and got the tub draining. He cleaned up afterward. He was very courteous and professional and gave us some advice to keep the same thing from happening again. Will use him again if we have a similar problem.

This guy was A++. He quickly got the drain cleaned out, put a cap on the line for free and then told us how to prevent problems in the future.

There seems to been some sort of break in the line so he used a camera to determine the cause but did not charge us for that. We are very happy with the service and would use them again.

Fine, only thing I didn't like is that he said they couldn't guarantee the pope wouldn't break from drain cleaning.
