Description of Work: I've used ZeroRez in the past. I feel their product is excellent and did an excellent job cleaning carpeting. This time I used them to clean an 8x10 area rug my new puppy used as a potty. It cost more to clean the rug than the rug cost - but I wasn't able to purchase a new one so I had zerorez clean it. Upon return, it still looks like it's brand new. No dog odors or stains. It was expensive to clean but well worth it. |

Description of Work: After remodeling they cleaned carpet and upholstered furniture. Showed up on time, were very nice and worked quickly, gave advice on drying,etc. moved furniture carefully. Great company!

Description of Work: We had the living room, hallway, and one bedroom carpeting cleaned. The price quoted when we contacted Zeroez to make the appointment was for about $225. For an additional $75, we had the 'technician' apply what I will refer to as a stain guard. It, as I understand it, is a liquid teflon type coating that helps repel stains, dirt, etc. The work was done in less than 2 hours, so I feel it is an expensive service, especially when one considers at least 15 minutes of the time was spent trying to sell additional services. The carpeting looked good upon completion. Time will tell if the additional protection purchased was worth while.

Description of Work: They did everything they committed to, then cleaned our carpet for free (they came for upholstery cleaning). Everyone that I spoke with was friendly and courteous.

Description of Work: After having hit and miss with different vendors we now use Zerorez exclusively for OUR carpets. A pot of Coffee was spilled on our light colored carpet and I was worried that I would have to replace it. So I called Zerorez and they performed another miracle. Thank you Zerorez

Description of Work: Cleaned LR,DR,stairs, and upstairs hallway of townhouse. Did great job; no odor and carpets dried quickly. Service technician was polite, professional and fast. Have recommended this company to relatives, one of whom used the service and was very pleased also. I like the fact that no chemicals are used;it's worth the extra water charge to me.

Description of Work: Zerorez cleaned three rooms of carpet and stairway. Technician did an excellent job and carpets look great. Disappointing that I scheduled 10 days in advance, requested a morning appointment and got service time of 5:30 PM.

Description of Work: rather than fill in all the above, I truthfully have to say I would not use them again. they came recommended by someone and I cannot recommend them. I was told they clean wall bath tile after asking the company. they do not do this. The person who came to our home did not know we had asked for that service and did not know what or how to do this. Another representative was sent responding that the company does not do this. The stair carpets were cleaned fine but I would use someone else in the future. Perhaps they are too busy but that should not be our problem. They should have better technicians. More professional as well.

Description of Work: I have fairly new carpets and also 2 little dogs. Whenever they'd have an accident or it would get soiled I used my own shampooer. Well after many times of using it I had alot of shampoo residue which I could feel. Zerorez and worked on it for about 5 hours. I was very pleased and their employee was very knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: They came in to clean our carpets, they left our living room carpet very wet. I called the person repeatedly as I was having a housefull of company then next day. They would not answer and once when they did answer the cell phone they hung up. My husband had to get a carpet cleaning unit and to suck the wetness out of the carpet. He removed almost a gallon of water. Never will I use them again or recommend them to anyone else

Description of Work: Zerorez cleaned some upstairs carpeting for us prior to move out. They took care to find stains and remove them and generally took good care of us.

Description of Work: Very professional. They explained what they were doing with spots every step of the way. There were some spots that were very difficult to remove. They told me if they reappeared, they would come back and treat them again. They did need to come back out and after that the spots have not reappeared. I recommend them to everyone.
