Description of Work: Did a very thorough job. Very professional and worked very hard to get the urine out of our carpet. The solution for this was expensive and the cost rose dramatically because of it. All costs were explained beforehand.

Description of Work: Clean my basement, living room and steps. They charged me for three rooms and additional for steps and landing. I paid the three room special. I only had two rooms done. I called several times to complain that I was over charged, issue was never resolved.

Description of Work: They did a good job of cleaning, but I did not appreciate the attempt at upselling their services. I spoke to a customer service rep before the cleaning about what services were needed. It was obvious that the tech did not know about exactly what their process did when it came to pet dander, or the customer service rep did not know. Either way, it did not come across well, but I did end up with clean carpets.

Description of Work: They cleaned three rooms of carpet, and pretreated some areas for pet stains. They were friendly and professional, and very prompt.

Description of Work: They cleaned carpet in various rooms and on stairs in a home our son bought. There was animal hair and who knows what in the carpet and ducts. Everything was explained well and cleaned well. We were pleased. It was so nice for our son and his wife to move into a clean home.

Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets in the entire house, 2600+ sq ft including steps, hallways, closets. Sent two-person crew with all their own equipment and water source. Worked very quickly and professionally using only steam cleaning, no chemicals. Left the house fresh and the carpets looking like new. Carpets dried completely in a very short time. We have used them many times before and been very satisfied with the excellent results.
