Description of Work: They seem goog at talking the price up, the carpet needed cleaning anyway. we were to get 2 chairs cleaned which they did not want to do since they were linen covered and had water stains. we ended up with the carpet done. I ended up cleaning the chairs and they turned out fine. very polite person came to our house.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms, living room, family room, hallway and one flight of stairs. Used extra treatment on heavier pet stains. Didn't remove completely but good results and I'm happy with it. The one thing I didn't expect was how wet the carpets were, even with AC and several fans it was two full days before it was dry. The service was more expensive than I would have preferred but glad I spent the money and got a very satisfactory result.

Description of Work: Very disappointed with the duct service provided. The tech spent over 6 hours. His compressor kept blowing a fuse. Didn't get the ducts cleaned. He cleaned the overhead bathroom vents only and charged me over $100! Had $30 in gift cards to use and he told me it was a hassle and wouldn't take them. Just moved in and paid Zerorez over $600 to clean carpets 2 days earlier. The tech wasted a whole day that I didn't have. Called the company 5 times. Finally left 3 messages on the individual that was supposed resolve the issue. His name is Dennis. Never gave me the courtesy of a returned call. I will never use Zerorez for any service!!!!!!! The carpet I had previously became dirty from the tech running in and out. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Very unhappy customer here.

Description of Work: We had 4 rooms, hallway and stairs cleaned. They did a very thorough job. The price was a little high but definitely worth it.

Second person brought fans to dry carpet faster and gave us foam squares to put under furniture, we needed to install. Third person cleaned carpet again around furniture. First time house is empty. Description of Work: Gabriel Lilja cleaned my carpets which had not been cleaned in about 10 years. He did a fabulous job. He stayed the whole time to take care of my job, which took about 5 hours. I also had them do some area rugs which came out looking better than ever before. I have referred them to about 40 people so far.

Description of Work: Had requested Carpet cleaning. The technician did not show up until almost the very end of the appointment window (or maybe a little bit after, actually) and then he did not have all of the chemicals needed for my job (I had requested some pet stain cleaning and he blamed it on unexpectedly using them up at his previous appointment) so he had to reschedule. When he did finally make it back a couple of days later with some chemicals he was able to give me a little bit of a discount for my trouble but I did not think it was sufficient considering I waited for him to come for 3 hours and then to have him not even able to do the job - he should have gotten someone else to come who had the right chemicals to get the job done that day.

The technician arrived on time, informed of us of the other services the company provided and then started the cleaning. | |Everything turned out great, there was no smell and the technician was extremely courteous and professional.

I just needed more flexibility. Also, these were oriental rugs and the person I spoke with seemed a bit unsure. I will be considering this company for my regular rugs, however.

Description of Work: Cleaned all carpet in our house before new owners moved in. They were very professional and careful. They protect wall corners, wear booties, protect other floor surfaces from getting wet and leave booties for us to wear until carpet totally dries. The carpet is left just damp, so dries relatively fast. As long as we lived there we had dogs, and they got the light colored carpets very clean. For the age of the carpet and the "dog factor", the carpets looked almost new when they were finished cleaning them.
