Description of Work: The pricing is deceptive. I had a coupon for one price and when they arrived they advised the service would be more than twice the published rate. We declined. They came back the next day with a lower price. Very deceptive.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of our entire house, except two rooms. Called on a Wednesday I believe it was, and they came out that Sunday! Spoke to Wayne in the phone and he was fabulous. | |Alex was the guy who came to do the work. He was here about 2 hours, very friendly, professional, and efficient. | |I love that there was no strong smell, and what there was, was citrusy. Dry time was 12 hours and that was just awesome, especially with all of the holiday things we still needed to do in the house. | |We will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Description of Work: Their whole sales is that they do not use chemicals to clean your carpet - they use an iron charge. It does not appear the carpets were cleaned

Description of Work: They cleaned a chair. The cleaning pulled several additional stains to the surface and they weren't able to get rid of the one stain that was there. Because stains can be tricky, I don't fault them for that - it is what it is, and I know sometimes this can happen. The arms of the chair, which were normal wear dirt, did come through much cleaner. The payment process was really a hassle - the representative had to manually type in my credit card info, then got an error message. I knew there was no issue with my card so he called his office to get more info. On their end, it showed paid but he was getting an error. In the end, I guess it was fine, but I'm surprised they don't have a more sophisticated process to handle credit card payments than to have the reps have to manually type it into their phone. Especially since as of October 1st, they should be using chip technology. |From a cleaning standpoint and punctuality, I'd use them again. Not sure with the payment process being what it is that I would. I'd ask if they have a better process before I'd use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned one family room carpet, 2 love seats, and bedroom. Plus I had them take a large area rug to clean and they kept it for me until I had my wood floors refinished. Great service!!
