Description of Work: had them out to clean a down couch. they left it dirtier than when they got here, they didn't know how to clean the fabric and they ripped a cushion. sent out a v. junior person to do the cleaning in which they did the fist terrible job. then sent out someone else who basically said, we can't clean this. would NEVER use them for upholstery EVER.

Description of Work: I don't remember the cost but was reasonable. Living room carpet, stairs and 2 chairs were cleaned. We were advised in advanced of an area on living room carpet that would not come completely clean. This did not come as a surprise and we appreciated the honesty. We were very pleased with the overall results and plan to use them again.

Description of Work: Called zeroes for air duct cleaning and they looked at the air ducts, inspected and told me they couldn't perform the service due to asbestos tape on some air ducts. Based on this, I would recommend them as they are through and do look at what they are going to do in your home.
