It went good. They came out and gave us 25% off for the house being empty at the time. They explained how the damage was to be fixed and the carpet looked just like new when we moved in!! We were very pleased with their work.

Good and bad. The process that they use seemed to work well at getting stains and dirt out. There were a few plant stains that they indicated typically don't come out, but overall the carpet and furniture cleaning went well. We had just painted so we moved furniture around so they could clean the entire space. Since they sent out one person, had we not had someone on premises who could move furniture from one side of the room to the other, it is my understanding that they would have just cleaned around it. They put plastic squares under wooden furniture, but they neglected to put anything under our sofas. They told us the floor would dry within 6 hours, but in fact it remained wet for several days. I don't know if the suction on their machines wasn't working properly, but it was a much lengthier drying process than they led us to believe. When it dried, we noticed that since they had not put anything under the sofas (which sat directly on the floor with a rectangular footing) it had bled onto the carpet. We believe that occurred because the sofas were wet from cleaning as well as the carpet. Fortunately, the sofas are a light gray and the carpet is a light white gray so the lines are not glaring, but they shouldn't be there. I called to advise them of this so they would attend more carefully to such considerations in the future. If I had had a dark sofa I would have a very distinct line on my carpeting now.

They couldn't give me an appointment when I need it.

Matt came out to do an estimate of our newly purchased foreclosure house. The carpets were in bad shape with dog stains and bad odor. Matt explained the charges and procedure for treating the pet stains. He gave us a nice discount for the house being empty and for treating so many rooms with pet stains. He also advised on treating carpet in another house with staining and gave us a bottle of deodorizer to use on that problem carpet. The service took about three hours and the carpets about a day to dry. Almost all of the odor is gone. Some of the discoloration remained from the pet staining, but it is about 90% gone. The vast majority of the other staining is gone, some of the heavy traffic patterns are faintly visible. I would use Zero Rez again. They did a wonderful job on a seemingly hopeless situation.

I have used them four times with different experiences. This last time was the best, but usually with above average results. They are under new management. They charged me the same as before. They were thorough and it was only one man. He was clean, professional and polite. He did a great did job.

Very well. I was skeptical as to how their carpet cleaning process could be any different than any other firms process. I was AMAZED at how clean the carpets got. I couldn't believe that the carpets could get to look as good as they now do. The carpet in our children's "toy room" is a cream color and had gotten to look pretty grungy. Our elementary school aged daughters had gotten some "Barbie" makeup into the carpet that Zerorez took care of very nicely. We were so impressed with the process that we purchased the (optional) spot cleaning kit they have available. The spot cleaning kit's water bottle leaked and "hyper cleaned" a spot near the front door. While Zerorez was really good about taking care of this (replacing the bottle, touching up the carpet where the bottle was etc), while calling to get this addressed, there seemed to be too many people in the Zerorez communication line that made things unnecessarily complicated.

They were very polite and they came back to try again, however I was not satisfied with their efforts to clean the stairs and exterior edges of carpets and by the registers. They were more interested in selling me ductwork cleaning than getting the existing stains out of the carpet. The owner tried to be accommodating but the equipment they use could not sufficiently remove the staining.

They were nice and accommodating but just did not get the job done. The carpet did not get very clean. They specified they don't use any detergent they use a process of recycling water to clean the carpet, but we were left with stains.

They did a good job on the carpets and were professional. The only issue I had was that they left a large oil spot at the end of my driveway that they had to come back and clean up, which took them about two hours. They couldn't explain what exactly it was and why it was there.
