I got an estimate over the phone for the carpet cleaning and the price did not change when the job was done. I did not plan on doing duct cleaning at the time. They arrived on time and they did a good job. My carpet looks good and I am satisfied. They mentioned that they do duct cleaning and I decided to have them do it since we had never had our ducts cleaned.

First of all, because of snow, ice, and a parking ban in Minneapolis, Matt Thompson, the service man, had to work extra hard to get all of his equipment into our house. He was creative and persevered to make this happen ! The work he performed was excellent: the upolstery and carpeting looked brighter and dried much quicker than your traditional carpet cleaners. More importantly, because ZeroRez does not use toxic solvents, you don't get the residue/fumes into your home: I think this is probably the most important reason why you would want to switch to this type of cleaning. It is a little more expensive to switch to this type of service, but it is well worth it not only for our health but for the environment. I highly recommend ZeroRez and the serviceman, Matt Thompson.

From the first contact by phone through the finishing of the job they were very helpful, considerate, friendly and professional. I called to set up an appointment because they had a 3-room special for $129. At that time they made me aware that the rug might cost more or need to be taken from our house to be cleaned. When Tony arrived for the cleaning he put protectors over his feet so as not to track in any dirt or wetness and I did appreciate that detail and care for our house. We talked about the work and determined that the rug could be done at our home but there would be an additional cost. The other carpets were standard so no extras were involved with them. Tony said he would watch the rug as he went along to make sure water wasn't pooling under it as we have hardwood floors. He also said the fibers may stretch and warp the rug because of how it could retain moisture but that it should all even out once it dried. Everything went great! The rug dried flat, the colors are more vibrant and it feels clean. He showed us the process as he went along and answered all our questions very patiently. He was done in I think about 45 minutes. Tony was very friendly, considerate and professional and we could tell he really believes in the company and the product. We would definitely use Zerorez again.

They answered their phone (i.e didn't have to play phone tag to get something set up), scheduled the appointment within a week, on the date I wanted, price half of what I was paying someone else, and did a great job.

They called the day before to confirm and also an hour before arrival just as they said they would. Charlie was the tech on the job. Neat, clean, friendly but also very attentive to detail. I really liked the idea of no residue as we have our dog "Bob". He and Charlie hit it off just fine. Carpets looked great. They even got out a 1 year old Red wine stain on a very beige (Light colored) carpet. We were very pleased and will have them back again. I noticed in some of the reviews customers raised an issue about drying time. We just put fans out and everything was dry in about 3 - 4 hours.

This is truly an amazing service and company. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know, and anyone I do not know. I called last week to ask some questions, and the person on the phone was also the oriental rug cleaner. He was extremely helpful and didn't pressure me to commit whatsoever. I called back earlier this week and got consistent information and equally good phone service to setup the appointment. Travis was our tech, and he was very friendly and helpful. He called about 30 minutes before the appointment, just like they told me he would. He showed up on time, was respectful of our home and animals. Travis explained the process and the costs and gave me an estimate that was exact. He kept me engaged as he worked, inviting me to watch his progress and explaining it along the way. The product is amazing - I thought originally that we could eek out another year of this carpet and then have to replace it. But now, it literally looks like it was brand new, and this includes several pet vomit spots that had us worried it would not work well. A+++ can't go wrong here!

Zerorez called me to set up an appointment within one day of our requesting information. They explained their procedure clearly over the phone, set up an appointment on the day we requested, arrived on time, and smoothly got the job done. They were pleasant and efficient from start to finish.

I had to have them come back and do it again. The person who came the first time was friendly but he just whipped through really fast and the carpet was still dirty. I called and complained and they were very polite and sent out another person who was more experienced and he did a thorough job. Their pricing was pretty expensive but they used a different process where they did something to the water but it doesn?t have any soap in it, so the cleaning lasts longer. But, I?m not sure if the cleaning lasted longer.

They showed up on time and descried in detail the action needed to clean, deodorize, treat pet stains and apply stain guard. The job turned out nice. I was forewarned that there would be additional costs to treat the pet stains while booking the original telephone appointment. They sold me a unlimited refillable deodorizer and and spot treatment to treat any accidents.

Called Monday and they arrived Thursday. Jeremy explained his concerns for getting stains out -- I shared my concerns with this unique method of cleaning. I was skeptical to say the least. Technician did one area and showed me the results -- It convinced me to clean more areas! The results are superb -- the carpet looks new. After the last traditional carpet cleaner I used I was leary about hiring another company. Jeremy was really challenged by the pet stains, which he pretreated, but despite the challenges he and the empowered water came through.

I thought they did a great job. I only have one issue. When we made the appointment for the floor cleaning, we were also recommended to book Hardwoor Heroes and we reserved them too. We have used ZeroRez before so we assumed if they are recommending them, then we can trust the quality and service is going to be the same. Hardwoor Heroes never showed, and we called and they said they were on there way and we waited until 9pm at night for them to show, and it was still a no show. Ridiculous! Just an embarrassment, after this experience I don't even know if we will use ZeroRez again.

They were in and out of here within 2 or 3 hours. They were very quick and efficient. The price was fair. They didn't use chemicals, it was fantastic.

The person from Zerorez arrived promptly. He finished the job before me early and called before he came by to see if I wanted him earlier. I did. The person explained what would be done and got his equipment and started in cleaning. My carpets were not stained, so the job went quickly. He moved dining room chairs for me even though I told him he could leave them where they were. He strived to get all areas cleaned around the big furniture that stayed in place. There was no mess involved at all. Nothing dripped from the hose and nothing got wet that shouldn't have. There were NO surprises with this company. Usually a carpet cleaning company comes out and tells me the rooms are bigger then they expected or they count the hallway as a "room". There was NONE of that with this company. I paid the price they quoted over the phone.

Initial service date was for 5-14-09; I waited 3 hours and then called the office. I was told the service van broke down and would be out of service for the rest of the day; the office was "just getting ready to call me". Office manager Mike handled this unexpected dilemma professionally and inquired what could be done for this inconvenience. An additional discount was added to the bill (I had a coupon from a mailer, 3 rooms for $138) of 15% off total bill. Once the team arrived, we added the stairs and 3rd bedroom to be cleaned; I also invested $60 for dog spot cleaning (a different process/cleaner is used). I didn't expect the spots to come 100% clean as they were old and some had not been initially cleaned well. Made a big difference to have them spot cleaned. The tech on site was unaware of the added 15% discount due to rescheduled appointment; he didn't seem inclined to call the office. My husband had to show him my written notes and prompt him to clear this with the home office. Once he did that, he was aware of the discount. The carpet cleaning went well, the carpet sits up nicely, feels clean on the feet. There were no toxic or chemical odors at all. PLEASED with the results

Ryan, the technician, was professional, punctual, and friendly. I was a bit surprised that they didn't vacuum the carpets first. Every other time we've had our carpets cleaned, the carpets were vacuumed before they were cleaned. I was quoted $149 for the project. However, when he gave me the bill, there was an extra $30 charge for an application to get rid of pet stains, bacteria, etc. I refused the pay that charge since I was never told it was extra. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that he didn't clean under the two couches. I asked him about it and he acted like that wasn't a part of the normal cleaning. After the appointment, I called Zero Rez back and asked about the area under the couches. Sean assured me that those areas should have been cleaned. He was able to schedule another appointment for the next day to clean under the couches.

They called ahead as requested and arrived on time. The job was done in about 2 hours. The carpet is fairly old so not all of the dirt came out but I think they got out as much as anyone could. There was no odor and the carpet dried quickly.

We contacted them and were given available dates, but we wanted it done sooner so they came back with the date/time that worked for us. They were scheduled for noon and called at 11:15am to see if they could come early. Once Brian arrived everything went smoothly, without any incidents. The best thing is we have two dogs and the last company that cleaned our carpet left plenty of dog hair in the creases of the steps. Zerorez (Brian) left "none" which was awesome. The carpet looked clean and was clean!

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! Plus, make up was spilled on the newly cleaned carpeting and they came back on 4/27 to spot clean. Brian was just here to do that and he worked a miracle!

It turned out well. I had them clean the carpets in the winter. They got all of the stains off and there were some pretty bad ones. Some stains had been there for awhile. They did a good job. Their prices were in the ballpark for all of the other carpet cleaners we called.

They did a full service cleaning of interior carpets. They were prompt, thorough and friendly. They were really helpful. They worked quickly and efficiently. They did a good job for the second time and I am happy with them.

They were very good. They gave attention to detail and were very thorough. They did an excellent job.

They used a process that left zero-residue. When we saw the commercial claim that, we called their number. The results were wonderful. They took about two hours and cleaned up when they left. They spoke fluent english, which was another plus. I would use them again in the future.

I'd been really pleased with Zerorez in my telephone contact with them. I had to reschedule several times because of conflicts and they handled the changes professionally. The tech arrived precisely on schedule today. First he looked at the furniture, asked questions (how long since the pieces had been cleaned? any stains? etc.) then he explained the procedure and technology. He did a good job, getting all the folds and difficult areas clean. The furniture is just finishing the drying process right now (almost dry!) and so far everything looks good. The only minor issue was that there were wet spots on the floor from the tech's booties he'd put on over his snow boots; even after changing the booties when I pointed it out there were more wet spots. I got things cleaned up. Overall a good experience.

Everything went fine, the quality of work was very good and the workers were pleasant.
