I would invite them back again. They use an extraction process with only hot water. The thing that I like is that they don't leave the soapy residue in the carpet because of what they use--and the carpet dries quicker. The only thing they need to work on is the protectors the put down. They will also show the before and after when they come in the door and you can decide if you want to use them from there--everything is up front.

The entire job took about 2 hours. The machine was very quiet so I was able to work in my home office the entire time. The carpet dried in about 4 hours, with no residue or scent left behind, so easy on the allergies. The carpets -both of them very light colored - ended up very clean, other than the "high traffic" area next to the couch where our feet usually rest. I was pleased with the tech & with the outcome. He gave me some other ideas for cleaning any future stains. Note that the ad did say their $129 deal for 3 rooms included pre-treatment, but it should be noted that pre-treatment for "bio" stains, which is what they call the pet stains, is NOT included in that price & having that done in just the one large room nearly doubled the cost.

We used them because we heard their advertisements and we liked the idea of not having any residue. They were fast, the carpet dried quickly, and they don’t use chemicals. They put down a citrus-based soup and then they blast it out with water. The carpets were quite clean afterwards. It was a good price and we had a coupon.

They do something special to water so you don?t have soap residue and your carpets stay cleaner longer. I am a repeat customer.

We had a Sunday appointment. Technician called when he was on the way as promised. He arrived on-time and spent 3.5 hours at house. The price was as quoted over phone when I made the appointment. They couldn't quote the re-stretching over the phone but I was charged a reasonable $50. Techinician took his time and appeared to be very conscientious. He explained all the work clearly and answered questions. I didn't purchase carpet protectorant -- he explained benefits but didn't really push it. Carpets look outstanding and matted areas are fluffed-up looking close to new again. Left no mess or residue. 8 hrs after completion, carpets are only slightly damp. Stairs seem a little wetter but we were told to expect that. I tried to add cleaning of a sofa & loveseat (quoted on-ste $120+$90) but his upholstery attachment wasn't working properly. I will need to reschedule that.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. The service technician was very friendly, proficient, and punctual. I really felt like I had received top notch service when the job was done. Jacob, the technician, got our carpets very clean and provided exceptional customer service. I appreciate the high quality service we received from Zerorez and would recommend this company.

The basement carpets had never been cleaned before. Zerorez did an excellent job of removing dirt and stains from the stairs and the common area. As I have pets, I was very happy that there was no chemical residue to deal with once the carpet was clean. Additionally, they took several of my area rugs for a cleaning assessment. I received a call a few days later with an assessment and a price for cleaning. Once the cleaning was complete, the rugs were returned to my house at no extra charge. I will definately use this company in the future.

Made the call to schdeule and it was hassle free. Courteous Staff. On time arrival, great care. Best of all, wonderfully clean carpets.

They were prompt and willing to quote over the phone. They were also very flexible with their scheduling.

I liked that did not use soap or anything else on the carpet. There was one room where there were tracks left from their equipment. Once carpet was kind of crunchy. I went on a vacation and when I came it had dried up.

The job went very well. They are very professional. They are very cautious about making sure everything is nice and dry before they leave. Most importantly, all the smell is gone. They did not use any chemicals and they just used something like oxygenated water and it is fantastic. They also used citrus, but it is all natural. I would use their service in the future too.

I have used them before and have had good luck with them. They do a good job. Their advantage is that they don?t put detergent down, so there is nothing that ever goes in the carpet to stay there. They had a deal going on for this winter. They usually charge $160 and knock off about $30 or something like that. They are not the cheapest that I can get, but I am comfortable with it. Their quality is good because I know they are not leaving any detergent in my carpet; that is the pitch they make, and I tend to believe him. It comes out all right. I have not challenged them with a super dirty carpet. They claim they can get a lot of stuff out, and I think they have been pretty successful. The whole service is fine, from setting up the appointment to giving me the window typically to getting them on time. The whole process is good. The guy who does the work is nice. I would recommend them. They are a little bit more money, but they have a no detergent kind of cleaning, which I think has some advantages.

Wonderful! Neat and clean attendant, very polite and professional. Called a couple of days ahead to give me an approximate time. Called 15 minutes before arrival. Said they would be there between 10 and Noon and arriived at 10:15. Carpets cleaned better than we hoped - we were planning on replacing it, but decided to give Zerorez a call first. Carpets looked great. Dog stains that were iffy all came out. I have a severe problem with scents and I had no problem with Zerorez. Was a bit more expensive than others, but we felt it was totally worth it. Recommended them to my brother and his wife - they are very fussy! They also had a great experience.

We decided not to use Zerorez. Under the circumstances we felt that they would probably just come and try to up sell us on a lot of spot treatments that of course were not part of the original estimate because they had never come to look and evaluate the situation. The other two companies that did come to the home and provided estimates also explained that some of the staining would NOT come out and they set realistic expectations for what they could do about those stains. We also felt that the technicians working for both of the other companies that provided estimates were far more experienced (several years in the business) than someone that had just been hired. Certainly the other two companies that we considered do not do as much radio advertising as Zerorez so they don't have the name recognition but they are both highly rated on Angie's List and in my experience that is far more important.

The tech explained the product and everything they would be doing, and they were very attentive and professional. Did a great job on all of the elements; would definitely hire them again.

There is nothing in particular about them. Their price is high. The staff is good. They came in quickly. I may use them in the future.

Overall experience was very good. The technician was extremely polite, well-mannered, and professional. He was neat and orderly discharging his tasks. And he even when the extra mile to wait patiently out of the way while we had a mattress delivered. Air duct cleaning was rather expensive but appears to be effective, athough I'm not really sure how to tell. He gave an effective sales pitch regarding the service and I gave them the extra business. So if you don't mind an obvious upsell (for the airducts), this service is outstanding. The carpet is fresh and clean and looks great. This is a good company with a great product/service. I would reccomend them.

I was happy with the service. It was very easy to set up the appointment. I set it up several weeks in advance and as it got closer they called to tell me everything that I needed to do to prepare for them coming. They were punctual and professional. Overall it was a very good experience.

Went as expected. Prompt scheduling. Arrived within the anticipated window of time. Cleaned carpets.

Excellent work - excellent service! Priced right. The guy was very nice and fast. Sorry I don't remember his name. Arrived on time. I'd moved almost everything out of the living room and bedroom that I wanted moved. He helped me move the loveseat out of the way. I chose not to move some items due to their weight but that was fine because I was most concerned with the high traffic areas. There were a couple old stains on the carpet from when one of my dogs had an accident 2 years ago --- the stains is gone! My carpets look new! All in all, it took about 30 minutes.

They are great. We had another company come out about a year and half ago, a week after they cleaned the spots showed back up. We have not had any issue with the cleaning from Zero Rez.

They had to come back to correct an issue, but they did so very quickly.

There was a bit of confusion with the scheduled appt. Made the appt for Wed afternoon - got an email confirmation for thursday. When I called to inquire - they confirmed it was for Wed - glitch in their system. Scott Johnson was wonderful. He called about 25 minutes before he arrived - and he was within the 3 PM to 6 PM window. He was very courteous - and went over our options before he got started. We have dogs - and do dog rescue - so we wanted to understand how the pet odor removal part of the system worked. He explained about the enzyme treatment - and since we had no way of identifying where the 'spots' were - we opted NOT to go with any special treatments - since we clean up all accidents with an enzyme solution anyways. Scott told us that there could be a renewed 'odor' once the carpets dried - but we're happy to report NO odors. They leave a pleasant citrus smell - and the carpets are very clean. We have berber - and were really pleasantly surprised at how well they came out. We felt the cost to add the hallway and stairs was very reasonable - so were real happy with all we got cleaned for the price. We will definitely use zerorez again - and have our carpets cleaned more often now that we know how reasonable the cost can be.

I wanted faster carpet drying and friends had used them. Everything was fine. It was normal and what I was expecting. I would use them again. I decided to go with them because multiple friends had used them.

The rep did a great job. He was on time, explained everything, was very thorough and polite. The carpets were very dirty from our dogs and they came out great. I would definitely use them again.
