They charged me about $80 for their services. Everything was great. I would give them pretty high marks on everything. They said what they were going to do and they took care of it. I didn’t even see the finish work, but everything seemed to be fine.

It was good. They came out and did a good job. They came out when they said that they were going to come. They cleaned everything up. They offered additional services as most of the places do but they were not pushy. I don't remember the price. I would probably use them again in the future.

The first part of my experience tended to be positive. Service was scheduled easily and Zerorez showed up on time. Due to a possible issue with the carpet, they were unable to clean. They did an okay job explaining the reasons and it made sense. The service person said someone would contact me to review and figure out next steps. No one called. I tried calling once, did not reach anyone and no one called back. Timeliness was important so I went elsewhere.

I have extreme allergies and there was no scent or residue. They did an excellent job.

It turned out very well. The operator was very knowledgeable and very efficient. They were very professional as well.

We have used them two times, in sperate houses and both times we have been very pleased. The first time they upsold us on several services including tile cleaning, was the best money we spent. The tile looked like a whole new floor. We also had this done in our second house and the tile cleaning was not as thorough, but overall the experience with zerorez was a positive one.

They did a good job, and I liked their motto. We had a slight problems when they were trying to get a coffee stained out, and they had to come back out.

They have been good. They are easy to work with, they come when they are supposed to, and there have been no problems.

I think the cleaning they do is okay. They left some stains on the stairwell. The rug looks very good. When the guys came, they called to let me know they were on their way and were already late for their appointment with me. Then they called a second time, and they had the wrong address. When they did arrive, they tried to park their truck in our parking lot and hit another car in the lot while pulling into the stall. I showed them in and to the staircase that I wanted to have cleaned. As they started the job I could see that they did not follow instructions and were only going to clean one flight of the staircase. It was good that I was babysitting them because they'd have not completed the entire job. They did an okay job cleaning, but left some stains on some of the stairs, stating that they were not able to get them out. I was disappointed by this fact because I'd watched them do the work and didn't feel like there was any special attention paid to the stains. When they finished they told me to call the office to get the car repaired. I felt like this was not very professional because the onus was placed on me to handle the problems that they'd caused. They should take more responsibility when they make a mistake. When the owner of the car called, they disavowed all knowledge of the damage and it required a second call by myself and the car owner to get it taken care of. Again, mistakes are understandable, but they need to take responsibility for them.

My carpets look nice even days after they have been cleaned. There is no residue on the carpet after the cleaning. They came out within a few days and I thought that was really quick. They were always on time. They were very punctual. I am due to use them in a few days again. I would use their services in the future too.

I contacted the company after hearing the radio ads. The response was prompt and informative and I was able to schedule the service for the following week.The technician was prompt and did an excellent job. Since I have some allergies I was concerned about possible fumes but I didn't have any reactions.

Thought I would use this company due to the radio ads. Liked the idea of less residue but now believe that to be a marketing tool. Originally thought I was getting a deal (radio discount) but it ended up costing as much as I usually spend. They talked me into a special sealant for my steps to keep them clean longer (NOT!) They came when they said they were coming and did the work. Acted professionally. The carpets were quite wet when they left and once they dried I could tell the traffic areas were not very clean. I have an area rug next to a traffic area and when I lifted it to compare the adjacent traffic area I could tell it was still really dirty. Also the steps were still dirty. I called them back and they came back a week later to re-do the areas I was not happy with. They told me that I wouldn't need to re-seal the steps (I had paid xtra for that the first time) I thought that once they re-cleaned those steps they were probably washing away the sealant so I talked him into re-applying it. They did a better job the second time but who wants to have wet carpets twice. I would never recommend this company or use them again. I have a very good carpet cleaner that I have used for years and thought I'd try Zero Rez because it supposed to be "greener" Big disappointment. Also the "sealant" that I paid extra for was a waste of money. Two months later the steps look as if they were never cleaned.

We were excited to try this company because of their radio ads that promised amazing results. With the carpet cleaning, we were definitely underwhelmed. The two areas that had more traffic did not come clean. I could tell even when it was wet that they were still darker than the overall carpet color. I asked the technician and he had a good explanation about carpet wear and that it was as good as it would get. I thanked him. Then a week later, I sprayed the area with a gentle carpet cleaner, let it soak for about 15 minutes and took my home carpet cleaner over the areas. The dirt it got out was amazing. Very muddy water on just one cleaning tank. Bottom line is that we won't use them again since we could do as good or better of a job. We need to put in the elbow grease but will save the hundreds that it costs. We did get a consult for pet stains and the technician was more helpful than we had hoped. Because of his advice, we pulled up the carpet and gave the wood several coats of killz to get rid of the smell that had penetrated the floorboard and no amount of carpet cleaning would fix. Once we had done that (they offered, but it was something we could do), we called them back and they put in new padding, restretched the carpet and then cleaned the entire floor. The staff is very professional and consciencious. The process, at least for us, was not any better than what our home carpet cleaner does though it was nice to have someone else do the work.

We got an initial estimate over the phone for their 3 room package. They cleaned our carpet and we added the protector which added to the final cost. That plus tax and waste disposal it ended up being more expensive than originally quoted- so be sure and ask about extras. They did a very nice job, the carpet looks great and we would use them again.

Extremely impressed. The rep that provided me the quote (Jimmy) was so friendly and helpful. Company had great follow up leading up to the appointment and Steve who performed the work couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. The initial quote over the phone matched up exactly to his quote once in the home. He took the time to explain the benefits of the protective coating but didn't overly push any upgrades. Work was performed efficiently and he took great care while in the home not to ding any walls, hit anything with the equipment, etc. He brought in a dryer to dry the lower level quicker while working on the rest of the home and got out a deep dirt stain at no additional cost. I'm thrilled with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

I got them from Angie’s list. They were very professional. I wouldn’t use them again. They did a fair job but they shampooed my stairs and the corners of each of the sliders were not shampooed; they didn’t do that. They paid attention to details like the corners were clean. They were very responsive. I wouldn’t use them in the future.

Everything worked out fine. Their punctuality was excellent. Their equipment didn't scratch walls or damage any furniture. Their friendliness and professionalism were excellent. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. I was very happy and satisfied with them. The price was a little high.

I called Zerorez to make an appointment for cleaning the carpets in my new house. I was given the current radio add discount as well as an additional 10% discount for having a vacant house. I explained that I would like to have the carpets dry fast. The customer service rep assured me that the technicians could bring in fans to help the drying process and it shouldn't take more than a day or two for the carpets to dry. I set up the appointment a month in advance and was given a window of time when they would arrive. I received a call on the day of the cleaning stating that there was a problem with the truck and the technicians wouldn't be able to arrive until the end of time frame I was okay with that, it was an unavoidable problem. I explained that I had an appointment in the afternoon and would have to leave before they were finished. The customer service rep said I just needed to arrange payment before I left the house. The technicians arrived half an hour past the stated arrival window. I told them I had to leave for an appointment, so we went through the house and I showed them where the stains/areas of concern were. They said there wasn't much they could do about the appearance of the worn areas and I was okay with that. I just wanted the smell and the traffic stains from the previous owners to go away. I also asked them to bring in fans to speed up the drying process. They told me no problem and started bringing in their equipment. Before I left I asked about arranging for payment. The technician said someone would call me later and they could "run my card over the phone". I came home several hours later to very wet carpets, no visible change in the traffic stains and a house that smelled like wet dog. It took 3 1/2 days for the carpets to dry and the smell never went away. I was very disappointed. I was never contacted for my credit card information. I figured maybe they weren't going to charge me since all they accomplished was to soak my carpets and make my house smell worse. Several days later, after I had got my computer up and running, I noticed an email from Zerorez. It was an emailed bill. I called them up to pay and was told that the bill was past due and was sent to accounting for collections! Wow, not at all what I was expecting. I paid my bill and filled out an online survey explaining my disappointment. I have been playing phone tag with someone from their customer service department for a few weeks now, apparently to try and rectify the situation. I don't know if it will get resolved or if there is even anything they can do at this point, but with a satisfaction guarantee I would expect them to hound me night and day to get my satisfaction. After filing an evaluation on Angie's List I received a call from someone in the service department asking to come back and re clean the carpets free of charge. We scheduled an appointment and they came back. This time they tried several different treatments and techniques to remove the stains, to no avail. The carpet is noticeably cleaner and there is no longer a wet dog smell. It took only 24 hours for the carpets to dry this time. Much improved- I would recommend them and use them again

The technician took the time to do a thorough job of cleaning every opening in the duct system. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for this service to others and would hire them again the next time.

Everything went perfect. It always goes perfect with them.

Very well. Technicians were friendly, professional & willing to answer any questions. They were honest with us about some of the areas that could not be completely cleaned because of worn carpet fibers and set-in stains, but overall my husband and I are very impressed with the job.

I like their specials and the carpet cleaning particularly the no chemicals. They were very efficient and on time. They are just a good service to use. I would absolutely use them again.

I like the fact that they do not use any chemicals. They use only hot water for cleaning. They are quite thorough and get the carpets cleaned.
