They are very hard-working. Excellent customer service. They worked on some very problematic stains. They were probably 2 or 3 hours. They did a very good job, I've used them in the past as well. I really like that company.

Cleaned 4 rooms of carpet with no furniture the day after we closed on our house. A few minutes late but called to alert me and offered to reschedule to another day if necessary. Great work, no bad scent, very wonderful service from our cleaner.

Absolutely horrible! This is the second time that I have used Zerorez (first time 10/2010). I was very satisfied with those results - the technician was amazing and the entire customer service experience was outstanding! I did have to have him come out a second time to reclean a couple of spots - but they did so cheerfully and I was very happy! They honored their "gotta love it" guarantee that I had heard so much about - it was awesome! So I was hoping for a similar experience ... but that didn't happen. I was having company for the Holidays I decided to have the carpets cleaned - we have a small dog and she had some accidents and wanted to get them cleaned up. I called Zerorez and they were able to come out. I had them clean both our living room and family room - I was not at all satified with the results in the family room. The carpets looked clean but smelled of dog urine despite the fact that I paid extra for the pet stain treatment. I certainly didn't expect the carpets to be perfect, but they really didn't smell any better than before the cleaning took place. I knew from my previous experience how good the carpets could smell so I called Zerorez to come back and reclean the areas where the urine smell was strong. I spoke to a manager (sorry I don't know his name) and explained the situation to him. He told me that he would be able to send someone out to reclean my carpet, but it would cost additional $$ as they would have to use additional products to clean up the urine smell. This wasn't acceptable to me ... as I had already spent almost $300. I thought that they would stand behind the guarantee that they proclaim on radio and TV - but they didn't. He said that Zerorex is no longer able to go back and reclean carpets for urine stains - unless we want to pay more money. I wasn't willing to pay more and let him know that he had lost a customer. What is the most disappointing to me is that I really thought that Zerorez was an upstanding company and committed to customer service based on first experience. I had told my friends/family what a great job they did - now I'm embarrassed that I made the recommendation. I've learned one thing ... don't use Zerorez if you have pet stains ... and I longer believe their promises. Don't really expect that anything will be done about this situation, but had it get it off my chest. Thanks ...

They came out right away and did a great job. Rob worked really hard, he was really nice, put in an extra effort and it turned out wonderful. I would definitely use them again in the future especially if Rob was the guy.

I spent about $150 with them. I would use them again in the future.

The experience was good overall. They even did a little more than what we had asked without charging us extra. They did a great job.

Prompt. Polite. Best duct cleaning ever since moving into house in 1980. Thought carpet cleaning was a bit overpriced but very well done. Satisfied with service, would use again and recommend.

The Zerorez staff were very professional. They explained their system and even provided a demonstration on some upholstery for future reference. The carpet cleaning was well done.

John was on time. He cleaned the carpet in the basement. He explained the process. He completed the work and explained the drying process.

This is the second time this year that I used Zerorez. The two man crew arrived at the beginning of the time frame provided. They arrived with a big truck and left the truck in the street so as not to damage the driveway. They were very friendly - put their booties on to go thru the house and review what I needed. Many of the rooms only needed the traffic area done so I really appreciate the discounted price to do those rooms. We have dogs - and use enzyme based cleaners - including theirs - so there was no need to do a special pet treatment. They got a major spot out in the hallway. They worked quickly and efficiently - and were great with my dogs. We have light colored berber carpeting - so after they left - and the carpet dried - I did find a few places that were missed. But I can understand it's difficult to see on light colored carpet in the sunlight. Everything was dry by the next morning - and smells so clean. I will definitely continue to use their services. I really like that there are no added soaps.

Everything went great. I had to change the date of the service, and they were very accommodating. The cleaning crew of two young men were five minutes EARLY for the appointment. They explained everything to me before beginning. Everything was clear -- no guesswork. (The final bill equaled the estimate. They were thorough and fast and the carpets look and smell terrific (there actually is no smell). It took about 2 to 2.5 hours to complete the job, so they were in and out before my son got home from school, which was the goal.

They did a fine job, but I'm not sure that they are worth the buzz over some of the other carpet cleaning companies that I've used on Angie's List. I think the thing that bothered me the most is the high pressure up-selling that they did after they arrived (I bought the deal, but they wanted to sell me more stuff as long as they were there). I don't like that type of pressure. You can tell me about it before you arrive and I'll let you know if I want additional services. it makes me wonder if they do less of a job if you decline the other stuff. I'm going back to my regular guy (also on Angies List).

They did a good job and we always recommend them. They are pretty professional in their job. Their price was a little high, but the quality was good. I will use them in future.

The duct cleaning was done first. We agreed to skip 4 ducts that we could not remove without damaging the ceiling. They crew had told us they weren't sure they had re-installed one of the register grates correctly and I agreed to do it myself if it was a problem (it turned out to be 3 grates). Then they cleaned the carpet. We did a inspection with the crew when they were done and found two or three spots which they redid by hand. All in all, a good experience. But, they made a big deal of the need to prep for the cleaning on our part (moving furniture, thoroughly vacuuming) but then did the duct cleaning first. Next time we will split the two cleanings.

My husband and I talked to them and liked them. They seemed professional. I will consider them to provide us with a quote in the future.

Everything looked fantastic when done. I like the idea that no chemicals are used.

The quote to clean and treat for $149 three rooms, was chosen, and we set it for a sunday. The cleaning started, and lasted a couple of hours, as we had some additional rooms added, and pretreating added. The entire process left the floors wet but not soaking.

They did an excellent job. They did a great job at cleaning the carpet. It was atrocious before they came. There were several areas they could've done a little more vaccuming of the fluid that was left after the cleaning. Those areas are stained a little bit, but after calling they said they would come back out to reclean the area. I'm sure I'll be very satisfied once they come back out.

After sending Zerorez a request for cleaning on October 22, 2011 the company was quick to respond. The caller was polite however was quite adamant that I needed to give an estimate of the square footage for each room and area to be cleaned. I gave her a rough estimate and she asked me to be more concise. I informed her that I simply wanted them to come and clean all the carpeting in the house but the Zerorez representative insisted that without actual square footage she would not be able to "book" the cleaning nor provide a cost estimate. I specifically said that I did not need an estimate - I simply wanted the company to arrive on October 22, 2011 and clean all the carpets in the house - I then counted the rooms and gave her another total estimate. I further informed her that I expected to pay between $750 - $1000 for the entire home cleaned; approximately 3500 sq ft of carpet in a 6000 sq ft home. The Zerorez representative again stated that she would be unable to book the appointment for cleaning without a concise square footage measurement provided. I then invited the company to send a representative to the home to provide an estimate but was told that they only provide estimates on the phone. With the apparent lack of desire to clean the carpets by Zerorez, I determined that we would not be a good match for customer/vendor relationship.

It went very well overall. I think that they did a really good. They gave me a time that they would be here. They called and let me know when they were late. So they were courteous about letting me know what was going on. They did a good job and I would have them come again. In the past when I have had carpet cleaning done, they have considered my hallway and stairway as one room but they did not. They considered the stairway as a room and then the hallway as an additional cost. I thought that they were a little expensive but they did a better job than the last company that I had come out. I guess I would rather have a better job than a cheaper price.

I forget how much it was exactly. I'd use them again for sure.
