Scheduling is very easy, and they were very understanding when I needed to cancel a former appointment. they came early (which was fine with us) and did a great job. We had several spots on our white carpeting and they were all gone when i got home. Also, the carpet dries faster with them than with others. I feel so much better knowing the product is safe for humans and animals. thanks Zerorez!

The guy who came out was very friendly and stayed on task when he was here. They did a great job of cleaning my carpet and actually got the work done. I would definitely use them again. He came out on a Sunday and he was on time as well.

I decided to try ZeroRez because they don't use chemicals. Several friends had used them and were very satisfied. I contacted them through their website and I received a call back the same day. A rough estimate (which included a 3 room special) was given, but the C/S person was very upfront about the fact that it was an estimate and they could not guarantee until they actually came to the house, saw the condition of the carpet and the size of the rooms. An appointment was made on Thursday for the following Monday and I was told I would receive a call on Saturday with a 3 hour window for arrival. I did receive the call on Saturday with a 10am-1pm window. I also received an email thanking me for the appointment and included useful hints to prepare for the cleaning. This was very helpful. On Monday, the tech called at approximate 9am and said his previous appointment did not take as long as expected and he was approximately 20-25 minutes away and he asked if he could come early. I said yes and he arrived shortly after. My husband walked through the house with the tech who carefully looked at the carpet, asked if there were pets/stains, etc. He told us in what order he was going to clean the rooms in case we needed to use anything in the rooms. After he cleaned the upstairs, he asked me to please take a look to see that everything was satisfactory and it was. He continued to clean and completed the entire house by 12:30. The tech seemed very knowledgeable, was polite and engaging. He wore booties to cover his shoes, put protectors on the wall corners and chairs to keep the hose from marking walls. The front door was left open for his hose, but a heavy vinyl covering was hung in the doorway to keep out as much cold air as possible. The techs are also not allowed to park in the driveway unless it's the only place they can park and they will ask your permission. We had moved most of the furniture out of the way and removed pictures/lamps, etc. off tables so that as much of the carpeting as possible could be cleaned. The company does not allow techs to move heavy furniture and only move side tables, etc. that have everything moved from the top. I would suggest you move everything yourself if you really want corners cleaned. One of the things I really liked was that the carpet was not "crunchy" after it dried like it's been after I've used other companies. The cost was $100 more than the estimate, but I expected it. I've never used a carpet cleaning company that was able to stay close to the estimate. I also added the protector to the traffic areas, which cost $30. There is a $15 water disposal fee, but the do tell you that when you make the appointment. We turned on all of our ceiling fans and put a couple of small fans around the house and the carpet was dry in 24 hrs. Overall, it was a very easy, pleasant experience.

The guys were great! They arrived on time, exactly when expected and were friendly and professional.With the two of them the job was done in about an hour. I would definately have them again. It was a huge difference from my home carpet machine to their professional job.

I would give him the highest recommendation possible. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

We really liked them because they don't use chemicals. They were very careful around the woodwork and put protection caps on things. They also did a thorough job. They technician was very friendly.

Went fine. Came on time, pretreated, cleaned carpet and moved furniture, treated with stain protection.

Technician was scheduled to arrive between 2:00 - 5:00 but called at 12:30 and said he was on his way -- he was very pleasant and as it happened the earlier time frame worked for me so not a problem issue, just a schedule mixup. He was very efficient, finished very quickly and did a good job. The carpet came out fine....I sometimes feel with very light colored carpet that other cleaners have left it looking a bit cleaner at first...but I like the Zerorez process and I do believe the other cleaners tend to get dirty more quickly. It's been several weeks and I'm still pleased with the results so will definitely use them again.

The carpet looked like new, all spots removed. The technician took time to explain Zerorez and how to maintain the rugs in the new condition. He offered other products we could purchase that would help with the maintenance but no pressure to buy. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. I know we will do business with them again.

I heard and ad on the radio for three rooms pretreated, cleaned, and sanitized for $129 so I decided to call Zerorez. I like the idea of not using any chemicals on the carpets since we have three children and a dog, not to mention that I've treated some stains before with Resolve Carpet Cleaner and they always get a "dirty" look to them after a while because the dirt sticks to the residual chemicals that are left in the carpet.

I had the carpet in my upstairs cleaned by this company in Feb. They did such a great job that I had them back to do my downstairs. The technician, Rob Sotanski, is the best - very professional and willing to please.

Aaron came to our house on Saturday on time and explained exactly what he was going to do. During our walk-through, he got down in his hands and knees to examine some areas where he thought some extra attention may be needed due to the previous owners' pets. After explaining our options, we came to an agreement on what would be done. He was very professional and did a great job. He was very clean and extremely diligent in ensuring he didn't damage any of my furniture or any of the wall corners (used guards) where the hoses touched. While he was working, I was asking him many questions about what he was doing and his responses where what set him and Zerorez apart from any one else and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he was doing. What made me feel great was that I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. It was very evident that he truly believed that what he was offering was the best of the best. Having someone in there who was that passionate about cleaning my carpets really made me feel comfortable. When he was finished, we did another walk-through to make sure my bill was correct and then he left and everything was clean. I am very happy.

They are the best carpet cleaners I have ever used. I like that they got the stains out of the carpet and they did not come back. The cleaners were professional, wore booties on their feet and did a great job.

The experience went very well. I have a dog and he goes in my office, so I told them about the specific area that my dog had spoiled. They re-treated those areas specifically as well as the other carpets. Then I noticed that there were some spots in some of the smaller areas, so I called them back and they came out to do the touch-ups for free of charge maybe one or two days later. They gave me a complimentary bottle full of carpet treatment to use on my carpet because I leave my office door open. I would tell others that the technicians are very friendly. They are very prompt. I used them a couple of years ago where they came and picked up the carpet. Then they came and dropped it, which was a part of their service. They are very accommodating. They usually have some good specials running.

They came when they said they were going to come and gave a list of what they were going to do so I think everything was good as far as that goes. He came half hour past our two hour window.

My carpet is 27 years old. After the cleaning, it looks almost new. With previous cleaning, the carpet took on its drab look within a day or 2. It also smelled wonderful. The technicians were very professional, respectful, and efficient. I'm very pleased with the results. My only complaint is the $14.00 trip charge that I thought was rather steep.

Overall it went well. It was easy making the appointment. I requested the special that I heard on the radio, and they were running and even better one for that day only and gave it to me. They will establish the day and then will call you the day before to let you know the three hour window during which they would arrive. I wasn't a huge fan of that - I would have preferred to set a time up front. Regardless, they did call the day before, but not on the phone number I requested. It wasn't a big deal as I check for messages on the other phone, but had I forgotten about the appointment I may not have been home for the cleaning. Brian, the tech called me on the right phone about fifteen minutes before arriving well within the three hour time frame He didn't really try to upsell me on anything, although I did upsell myself with pet treatment. I knew that I had urine spots in a couple of areas and wanted them gone. I think that particular service is overpriced - it is charged by the gallon and I'm sure much less than a gallon was used. That said, Brian was very conscientous about doing everything he could to get rid of the smell and the stain - even getting his nose down there and sniffing. It had been at least seven years since our carpet had been cleaned and the dirt stains in the heavier traffic areas were not completely removed. I have a couple of pukey cats, and all of those stains were removed without needing the special pet treatment. Brian was clean cut, and polite and I felt safe alone in my home with him. I think that's very important. He was out of here in about two and a half our three hours and the carpets look good. Overall the price was a little more than I had been expecting, but I believe it was fair. The special was three rooms for $119. My living/dining area was counted as two rooms (expected), the family room was a little more than a room, the hallway was a charge and the other bedroom was charged as a little less than a room. Brian was very accomodating on the price, and adjusted to what I thought was a fair charge. As mentioned before, the only thing I thought was overpriced was the pet treatment, but I knew the price before I agreed to it. I would definitely hire Zerorez again.

They did a great job. They worked hard on spots and didn't get alarmed when they seen all our furniture, as they had to move it and did a good job at that, as well. I would use them again. They are excellent.

I am really happy with their service. He said I was under the square footage for the special they were running, so he threw in a spot treatment as well. He also left a bottle of spot treatment cleaner I could use, if I needed it. He was very professional and polite. I would use them again.

I liked the concept of their company. They only use water. After it's dry it doesn't smell or is crunchy at all. I really like their process. The use a special formula of glorified water and that it what sold me.

Making the appointment was easy, it was scheduled for the same week that I called. They give you a rough estimate over the phone including a $14.00 trip charge. Nick arrived on time and happily answered any questions I had. He quickly got to work and amazed me with the results. Carpet that I was sure I was going to have to replace, ended up looking great! I would use zerorez again and I will request Nick.
