Couldn't ask for anything better. Technician explained the process, checked the area's and setup and cleaned

They were very helpful scheduling over the phone, especially since I had to reschedule several times due to change in closing on my house. The only problem was that they were supposed to be at the house at 10 am. but called me right before 10 to let me know there was a problem with one of their trucks and that they would be a couple of hours late. They called again and said they would not be there until 2:15, so they were not done until 6:15. The technician did a great job and I would hire them again, but I would insist they reschedule if they are going to be so late.

We were trying to decide if we should get new carpets or have them cleaned. They advised they would be able to clean them up good as new. Unfortunately, the carpets did not come out as clean as we wanted.

They showed up on time, performed the service in a timely manner, were very courteous/informative, and well informed about the solution they use along with its benefits vs. normal carpet cleaning solutions.

Technician called 15 minutes before arriving. Parked in the street as advertised. Wore shoe coverings in the home even on the walkthrough. Said the phone estimate was correct after inspecting the house , so there was clear expectations. No damage by the technician and he was careful from start to finish.

Great! They were on time, nice guys, did a great job. Best the office & hallway carpet has ever looked. They were careful with their equipment, making sure to cover or remove shoes, corner guards to protect wood railings/base, and just did a very thorough, professional job. Appreciate them being on time, being friendly, doing a great job, and being careful with their equipment to protect the home inside and out..good cleanup & did in as timely manner. I had a neighbor ask about the work, as they were looking at getting carpets cleaned. I told her to absolutely give them a call. This was the second time we've had this company out, and have been extremely pleased. We had needed to get our carpets cleaned due to remodeling after water damage in kitchen, & hardwood floors replaced/re-done in areas, which left dust/grime everywhere, and hosting a graduation open house so we needed the carpets cleaned. They did a great job.

We chose Zerorez because we have a two-year-old and wanted to avoid any chemicals. While investigating, I found that most "green" companies still use chemicals but call themselves "green" because the chemicals are less harsh. Zerorez was one of only two companies I could find that doesn't use any chemicals. They just use water. and citric acid from oranges with heat and high presure so it's completely natural. Our carpet is more than twelve years old and it's an off-white (eggshell) color. Although we don't wear shoes in the hows, the high traffic areas and areas around the dining table were stained and dirty. The guy who did our carpet (I can't remember his name but he was bilingual and we spoke to him mostly in Spanish), was very professional and explained to us what we should expect. When we surveyed the area he adjusted down the price that was quoted on the phone, which we appreciated. The results were better than we hoped for! Most of the carpet now looks brand new. We probably won't need to replace it for many more years. We also asked about the optional carpet protection spray. When he explained that it was also very safe for children, we had it applied to the stairs and around the eating area. Only two minor niggles: There is a small area (the heaviest stained) at the top of the stairs that, while much cleaner, now shows some lines from the vacuum. Also, it took a few days to completely dry (we were told that it would take a day tops). However, this may have been our fault for airing out the house (from a previous paint job) rather than closing the windows and using the air conditioning as we had been advised to do. Bottom line, friendly service, the carpet looks beautiful and the price was very reasonable so we are quite pleased.

I admit I was not very hopeful. The tech went right to work and it took him over an hour but he got it completely out. I can't tell you what a relief it was when he showed my how it turned out. It was perfect. Really gotta say these guys do a great job.

I submitted a web request to have an estimate for carpet and furniture cleaning. A friend told me that Zerorez does excellent work. They called shortly after I submitted the on-line form. I was impressed that they call so quickly...on a Sunday no-less. Beyond the callback, the person on the phone seemed to have just gotten out of bed. He seemed ill prepared to answer my questions. He could give me price ranges, but not exact prices--that would have to be done by the technician when they arrived at my home. I have two areas that require cleaning and that seemed to confuse him. He told me he can only clean three areas and that there is a service minimum. I told him that I only had two areas to clean--everything else is hardwood or ceramic tile. I finally said that I would be glad to pay the service minimum. At that point, I asked if he was okay because he seemed so sleepy. I then tried to discuss scheduling the cleaning with him. He told me he could not verify a date or time other than on Wednesday, but not any date beyond that. I finally said that I was uncomfortable with the answers he was giving and I told him I would go elsewhere. Ironically, I submitted an on-line request to another well known competitor and within minutes I have the exact date, time, and price established. Zerorez needs to rethink their customer service strategy. Are clear pricing, dates, and time too much to ask? I think not.

The process from estimating to cleaning was flawless! The company schedules your cleaning and sends you an email on what to expect. In the email, they state they will call you with a 3 hour window 24 - 48 hours prior to cleaning and a phone call 15 - 30 minutes prior to arrival. Zeroez did exactly that. In addition, Zerorez details the best way to prepare your house for cleaning. I followed their instructions and the cleaning went very well. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Scheduling was easy and efficient. The technician(KR) worked very hard to clean our significantly dirty carpets. He explained everything well, and shared many tips on future carpet care. Post cleaning a few days, I must say there is NO crunchy soap residue, NO lingering "perfumey" odor to make my carpets appear cleaner, and NO significant dry times. The carpet pile looks glistening clean, smells clean, and looks a bit invigorated even though it is 8.5 years old. Thus, the Zerorez claims appear to be true as of this review date. The only negatives were: The per room charges are a bit more than competitors, plus the additional up-selling of extra treatments can really add up. Also, the company needs to consider sending more than one tech for larger jobs.

RJ arrived in the appropriate window I was given. He looked over the carpets and asked questions about my situation and proceeded to do the job. He was fast and efficient and was done in 2 hours.

The people that did the work were very professional and friendly, and they did an excellent job. They were even able to take care of an issue that they thought couldn't be resolved. In fact, Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning company that I have used thus far. I will definitely call them for additional work.

Zerorez was very professional and easy to work with from the start. Their call center is efficient and kept my quote on record without pressuring me to schedule. They gave me a competitive quote, with a 10% discount for an empty house. They provided a 2-3 hour window for arrival time, but I requested an early start and they got there at the time I requested. Ashlie was our technician and she was very friendly and great at her job. She walked through the house with me, pointing out spots of wear and letting me know what stains could and couldn't be removed. For example, she couldn't remove some paint stains, but she was able to remove rust! The carpets looked great afterward and dried quickly.

This company is fantastic! They treated the pet stains and odor, coming back three times to try different solutions for the oldest stains and smells. They also had all our carpets, including those dingy stairs, looking like new, which is hard when you have old, white carpet. The only problem they couldn't resolve immediately was the pet odor, which DID GO AWAY after the carpets had completely dried. We had three different members of the team come back to address concerns I had. Each person was very tidy and careful of my home, very courteous and enthusiastic, and very pleasantly did all that he could to resolve the odor issue. They even deducted the price of some of the products used, since those hadn't resolved the issue. They did not charge us anything for the return visits because they have a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction. The company charges more than some others but it was worth it to have my carpeting virtually renewed. And, true to their claim, the lack of residue kept my carpets from looking dirty again in a couple of months. I highly recommend this company.

I have multiple animals in my home and they did the best job that I have ever had done. I have been having my carpets cleaned, quarterly for the last sixteen years because I have dogs and I have never had my carpets cleaned that thoroughly or that well by anybody. They were the best I have used till date. They were unbelievable. I have recommended them to other friends.

Cleaned all traffic areas in house. They were punctual and polite. The cost was very similar to the estimate. Overall quality of their work was good, but seemed hurried and missed some small spots. I used a bottle cleaner to take care of those. They did remove a stubborn pet spot. Their quality was good enough,that I'd use them again.

Nick came and assessed the carpet and the stains on them. He let us know what the stains were most likely from and how he would treat them. He then treated and cleaned all 3 floors of our home. He got out all of the stains but one small area. The carpets looked great and he was extremely professional and respectful. I would call them again for sure and would ask for Nick.

Appointment was easy to setup, they called when they said they were going to, showed up when they said they were going to and were in & out. Very pleased.

I called with a very limited time frame to have my carpets cleaned. The scheduler worked with me and was able to get me on the calendar for the day I needed. I only scheduled to have my carpets cleaned. When I recieved the confirmation email, I realized they also cleaned ductwork. I was moving into a new house and the ducts hadn't been cleaned ever. I asked about having the ducts cleaned just as we finished the walk through of the carpet cleaning that would be performed. They were going to offer the service so I didn't feel bad about adding the service without prior scheduling it. I also added the carpet protection because I have 6 children, 2 large dogs and 2 cats. The carpets turned out beautiful. I will definately call them again when they need cleaned again....and with my crew they will need it again.

Very please with Zerorez's personnel and equipment. Their quoted price when they arrived was different than what I had discussed on the phone with the person setting appointments. Their on-site worker called in and they honored their original price to me. Very pleased with all aspects of the service. Will use again! Only down grade is cost... they are expensive but you do get good results.

Daniel from Zerorez was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, called before he arrived, helped move some larger furniture pieces and took his time to understand the stains in my carpets do he could clean them properly. We have white Berber carpets in the living room, two of the bedrooms and on one set of stairs that was installed 10 years ago. My expectations for the stairs were low given their condition but they came back to life!! And the makeup(blush/bronzer) that my step daughter continually spills while getting ready in the morning miraculously came out of the carpet in the jack & jill bath. I?m not clear what empowered water is all about but I do know that my carpets haven?t looked this good in years!!
