The carpet cleaning was okay, but was a bit pricey. The finished result was comparable to any other carpet cleaning service. The air duct cleaning was incredibly overpriced. The staff was on time, friendly and professional.

Went well - they send out an email first, with prep instructions (Vacuum well, move toys and small lamps), as well as their furniture moving policy (They don't move heavy or fragile furniture, or furniture full of stuff), so you can be ready for them. For scheduling, they give you a day, 8:30 - 6, but you can give a morning or afternoon preference, which they have honored both times I've used them. Then a couple days before they give you a 2-3 hour arrival window. Everything went as planned, they did a nice job, discussed options patiently with me. I was pleased with the work. The add-ons added up faster than I expected, so it was more expensive then I had anticipated. (we signed up for a $129 deal for three rooms, and ended up with $378 with pet treatments and protectant.)

I used Zerorez to do carpet and duct cleaning on a property we purchased. The person I spoke with on the phone to make the arrangements was professional and gave detailed information. I received clear, detailed, follow up emails. The technician showed up first thing in the morning and was pleasant and professional. He explained everything he would do and got to work. He did a great job. He was able to get a stain out of the bedroom carpet and everything else looked fine. Their product has a citrusy smell which I liked. Carpet and duct cleaning is expensive, but I don't think Zerorez was any more expensive than anyone else. I intend to use them again.

.They did a good job but my total bill was $210.47, including my $21.80 Angie's List discount! The new price included a $25.00 "Residential Trip Charge" for Stringing the hose up three floors through the balcony, as well as a $30.00 hallway charge which allegedly was included in the quote. The moral of the story is, be very careful when calling these people for a quote. Also they got my email address wrong even though I spelled it out to the phone rep twice and told the service person who did the work. He said it would be corrected so they could send me a feedback form, but it never was. I wonder why....

Called for the initial appointment after reading stellar recommendations on Angieslist. I was given an estimate over the phone, and based on reviews here indicating that phone estimates are typically what is ended up being used for the final price, agreed to set up an appointment. The tech arrived on time, was courteous enough, and worked efficiently. We did decide to add one bedroom, which upped the total size of the job by about 10% from a square footage perspective. I was pretty disappointed that the total bill came in at just under 30% higher then the estimate quoted over the phone. As for the end results, overall frankly the carpet looks about the same. The water leaving the house did look much dirtier then the water coming in, so yes, I would submit the carpet now contains less dirt. Our carpet was last cleaned about 5 years ago, and at that time we did it ourselves. We are very meticulous about our house and keep shoes/food/anything that may stain off the carpet, but I figured that since 5 years had gone by and since we recently got rid of some larger pieces of furniture we may as well let a pro try to get a few of the stains out that had not come out 5 years ago. In the end, he was able to remove maybe 2 of the 6 stains, and when he left there was one new stain that the tech suggested is probably some residual stain that had been cleaned out of the carpet but had been pulled up from the pad as a result of his cleaning. He didn't charge us for working on that one. Since I don't know much about carpet cleaning, I will give him the benefit of the doubt. That did not occur when we cleaned them on our own, and there haven't been any massive spills in the meantime, so I have some lingering skepticism. We also had the tech do a demonstration of the grout cleaning/re-sealing. Our tile has some ugly permanent splotches on it from a disappointing job of wiping up excess grout sealent by the original installers. The tech ran the equipment over the areas we marked off and declared that he thought the tests were a success despite the fact that the splotches looked unchanged. We elected not to have the rest of our grout cleaned. I also found the situation with our bed to be odd. We had planned on having him do 1/2 the bedroom, then we would push the bed from one side of the room to the other (we weren't even expecting him to help push), and then have him clean the other 1/2. He insisted he needed to just work around the bed. Hopefully we won't go to re-arrange our bedroom furniture and end up with 2-toned carpet. Lastly, when he was finished a final invoice was emailed to me, but the invoice did not have a file extension and could not be opened. Altogether I think the next time the carpets need to be cleaned I will probably just do it myself again, the results look about the same but the cost is quite a bit less. Update: The company did contact me and offer to come out and clean the rest of the carpet under the bed free of charge, and also re-sent me a copy of the invoice that worked.

Called and said he was on his way. Arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do and with what. Carpet just shines, (if you can say that). We have a blue-silver carpet and it looks (after his work) like we just installed. quoted a price and that is what we paid. This price quote was done in the office and right on. Did not try to sell me anything above what we asked for. David Krispin was the employee of zero-rez who did the work, I would as for him anytime we needed our carpets cleaned or anything else as they do different jobs. See job specs. It took hiim about 2 hrs to complete the work, no waisted time. Their specials seem to be in January and February. I noticed other costumer feed backs and complaint was expensive. I did not feel that their price was expensive. Average with everyone else. Again, you cant go wrong with zero-rez doing your carpet cleaning. Highly recomment.

The carpet was very clean, the man was professional, did what I asked him to do, and he did a great job.

Zero res was incredibly efficient. I happened to have the rugs rolled up already, but they came out, looked at them and delivered them back, better than new. They were gone for 5 days and came back in pristine shape, ruffles and all. The guys who came out were friendly, professional and great to work with.

I started by submitting an online form requesting more information about their services. I received a call back and talked with a representative. He was very nice and personable. I felt like I was talking to a friend. He talked about pricing and the products used and how the technician would not leave unless we were satisfied with the end result. The day of cleaning arrived and the technician called 15 minutes before arriving. His demeanor was was professional and personable. We walked around the areas we wanted cleaned and pointed out an area that needed special attention. The Representative on the phone explained that areas soiled by pet accidents would cost slightly more and he said the technician would only use the special cleaners if asked to. All the areas were cleaned to my expectation including the areas by the cold air returns which were the worst. Definitely would hire again.

They had a special for 1 day so called and had service within the week. Small job but added steps per they're recommendation which made sense. Lead guy a real sales person, almost over the top but doable. Did a good job.

It took approximately 2 hours and all the spots we had were removed.....was skeptical at first because we never had had a "green" company out but were very happy with the results and the carpet did not have that crunchy residue that other companies left....wanted to try Zeroez as we have little grandchildren crawling around all the time.

They were prompt and responsive. Work was OK. Workmen were professional.

Their service was terrific. The price was a little bit more. They called ahead and made sure the hoses did not nick our walls.They were in and out quickly They sent an electronic bill. It was a great experience! I would use them again.

Zerorez was great. Tony came in on time and was done super early. Did a great job and removed stains the in the carpet that we were not able to remove with our steam cleaner. Would use them again.

We used a Zerorez office based in Roseville. We were given a 3 hour window 2 days prior to service. On the day of service Dylan called and said that he could be there a few minutes before the beginning of our window if we were ready. We were very ready to have our dirty carpet cleaned. Dylan went right to work (after putting on paper protectors on his shoes and bringing in the equipment). He had the carpet look almost new and took care to remove some stains I hadn't even mentioned. Our carpets look so much better. I thought we were at the point of needing to replace them, but I think this cleaning will help us get another year or two out of this carpeting. It's always work to move things and vacuum, but it was totally worth it to get such a good outcome. I am so glad they came and did such an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

I had the carpet in our basement and on the staircase cleaned. I was quoted a price on the phone and that was the price I paid. There was no attempt to up sell. I had a couple good sized stains that came out beautifully. We had emptied the space ahead of time, though I was told that the techs could help move pieces under 60 lbs. I was told that the men would be there between noon & 3:00 pm, but they were ahead of schedule so they came even earlier. I didn't have to spend my day waiting for them! The job was completed in about half an hour and the carpet looks great!

The workers were friendly and professional. (Well, mostly. It would have been more professional if they had showed up at the correct address, instead of calling me from another condo building and saying they were here.) They explained what they were going to do, asked about any trouble spots, and did a thorough job. I am sure my carpets are cleaner than before. However, the Zerorez process wasn't able to get out all of the stains. Admittedly, it may be that NO process can remove certain stains. Still, it doesn't seem as if my carpets are any cleaner than if I had steam cleaned them myself. So, for me, the decision about whether to use this company again would be made based on whether I wanted to do the work myself or not. (Can't say for sure either way at this point.) Bottom line: If you want to cleaner carpets but don't want to do the work, go ahead and use Zerorez. But if you'd rather spend your time and effort instead of spending your money, do it yourself.
