I hired Zerorez to clean the ducts and carpet in my daughter's home as a Christmas gift. I stopped out at their offices to buy the gift certificate and was treated with absolute courtesy. My daughter was very happy with their service and professionalism. They went beyond and even cleaned my son in law's recliner. Great people and service.

It was no better than the guy I paid 192 to do exactly the same thing

In general I am pleased with the results. I have 1 small complaint which shouldn't sway you from using the company -- this is more like a heads up. The technician tried to sell me an additional service (protectant) once he arrived. I personally hate this because it feels a little like a bait and switch tactic. To his credit, he backed down quickly and offered to do a sample on a high traffic area for free, which I agreed to.

We had just purchased a new home where the previous owners had a cat. The carpets were nearly new, but when the humidity in the house rose while we were having some rooms painted, a very strong odor of cat urine came out. The painter recommended Zerorez to us, after we had considered We made a request through the Zerorez website to schedule service. We received a return call within a few hours to schedule service and were fortunate enough to have someone come out the very next day. We had 5 bedrooms, our family room and a large carpeted hallway area all cleaned. The service technician surveyed the entire area to be cleaned, was able to identify the areas that had cat urine spots, and applied their Level 1 Basic Bio treatment to the affected areas, which was intended to kill any biological contamination - the culprit of the odors. Following this treatment, the carpet cleaning process was performed. The Zerorez system was completely truck mounted, with the truck parked out in the street in front of our home. The technician hung a curtain in our front door, which had cut-outs for his hoses and lines, allowing him to have the door open, but without us having to heat the great outdoors in the process. Inside the house, all of the corners of the walls were protected with plastic bumpers so that none of the hoses or equipment marred any of our freshly painted walls. The technician wore covers on his shoes, and put on a fresh pair every time he re-entered the house, so as not to track anything in from outside. The entire process took less than 4 hours to clean a substantial area of carpeting. He finished cleaning in the early evening, and less than 24 hours later, the carpets were completely dry. It was immediately apparent that the carpets were completely odor-free as well. The Zerorez process does not use any soaps or detergents, so there was no chemical or perfumed smell lingering in the house - just a completely neutral smell of pure clean! The technician was very courteous and professional, and had a clear enthusiasm for clean carpets and doing a great job. Very refreshing to see someone in the services industry who likes and is passionate about their work! We were able to receive a discount because our house was still empty. It is now several weeks later, and the carpets are still fresh and clean, with not a hint of cat odor to be found. This is the only way to go for getting your carpets truly cleaned.

There was a bit of confusion with my appointment with Zerorez initially. I had submitted the request via their website and someone had called me to setup the appointment. I hadn't heard from them of the day of the quote (and potential cleaning) when it was expected, so I called and spoke to a manager. He was able to send someone over in the timeframe I requested and I'm certain he fixed the disconnect within Zerorez so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. He gave me a discount for my trouble, which was more than fair. The two man crew arrived, cleaned and protected the areas I requested while also putting fans out to aid in the drying. They did a fantastic job, and I would have them back.

I responded to an ad either on the radio or from Angie's List. They were able to get is scheduled quickly. They were very professional, came on time and did amazing work. We should have hired them in the past. We will definitely use them going forward. The carpets looked great! We didn't pay for any upgraded stain removal, but they removed every stain and exceeded our expectations.

They showed up on time, cleaned the carpets and did a nice job. I don't like the "extras" that they always will add for more money. Otherwise it was fine. I would use them again.

They do not clean rugs in your home. They have a pick up service but it saved some money to drop them off ourselves. The one rug had a small blood stain on it and the rug is mostly maroon so that clened up nice. The other rug has an off white background to it and it had a lot more blood on it. They did a pretty good job on that one too. There is still a bit of an impression but from what they said they tried cleaning it several times to get it as good as they could. It is not really noticable and we are able to still use the rug. I think we could have got the job done cheaper elsewhere but we have ZeroRez before to clean our carpets and so trusted them on this project.

I was given a window of approximate arrival, I asked if it would be possible to be on the early side and they said they could probably accomodate my schedule. They called 10 minutes before they arrived, came right on time, proceeded to inspect area to be cleaned, cleaned area, had me check it after he finished in case I had any questions or concerns, very professional

Zerorez scheduled the dryer vent cleaning on the day I requested. The technician called before coming, and arrived on time. As always, I was happy with Zerorez's professionalism and courtesy. The technician went the extra mile to clean my very dirty dryer vents. The job was probably more difficult and took longer than he would have liked, but he kept a great attitude.

The carpet is the best that it has ever been cleaned. The carpet seemed to be cleaner because their process did not leave a residue. Their price was better than other companies. They did not count my hallway as a separate room which brought the cost down.

The service has been okay. They are little pricier but that is because they claim not to use chemicals.

The service person was great. Answered all of our questions and explained all of the basic and additional services. He did a very good job of cleaning our carpets. We will use the company again!

They did a really nice job. The gentleman was very fast and stuck to his business and finished within 2 hours.

I called zerorez on a Sunday, they created an estimate for carpet cleaning over the phone based on my needs (Around $190). They scheduled the service for the next day (Monday) between 3-6pm. Two guys called about 30 minutes before they showed up, cleaned my carpets (did a great job) and left withing about 45 minutes. They moved my furniture around as needed and put it back in place. They assessed the size of the job and condition of the carpet and adjusted the price accordingly. Ended up being about $50 less than estimated. Very professional...no high pressure up selling (They did their standard spiel of different treatments but weren't pushy at all. A friend recommended them and i would use them again.

.They do a good job and are very neat and professional. I felt a bit of high pressure when the guys got here and I think someone else could have done it a bit cheaper. I do like the idea of no soapy stuff left in the carpet. That always felt a bit sticky to me with other carpet cleaners.

The technician called me when he was about 10 minutes away to let me know when he would be there. I really appreciate that! He was very professional and kept me posted on what he was doing and how things were going. A few of the air ducts were too small to fit the brush so he let me know about that. He did a great job on the cleaning and was extremely courteous and professional.

Talked to Zerorez on the phone to schedule a complete carpet cleaning of my home. They estimated the job over the phone as advertised. It was a pretty big job as it covered four bedrooms, family and living rooms, porch and a fully carpeted basement. Their estimate over the phone was $480. As promised I received a phone call the day before reminding me of the appointment and one about 30 minutes before their technician arrived. The technician walked the house with me to review the estimate. His opinion was the job was much bigger than what was estimated over the phone. We reviewed his quote in detail. In addition to the spaces listed above he added five walk in closets at $20 each. When I pointed out to him the rooms were smaller than the 15' x 15' assumption Zerorez advertises he agreed they fit within the square footage of the rooms quoted. He also added money for a loft at the top of the stairs. As I had forgotten to mention this on the phone I felt it was a fair adder. So the price increased by roughly $100 with the addition of the loft and taxes. He made a brief effort to upsell me carpet protection and duct cleaning, but I passed on those. Overall the job took six hours to complete, so I felt it was a fair price. The carpets were visibly cleaner when he was done. I am completely satisfied with the work done.

They were there at least 4 hours due to multiple applications in selected areas. Carpets were still damp for a few days.

They are very good. They came in their window of time. We would continue to use them.

We were very happy with their process and the work they did. The guy doing the pickup was very courteous and helpful. He got the rugs loaded promptly and was on his way. We received email updates as the work was being done which was nice. They called to confirm a delivery date. There was a little confusion on the delivery as the driver was on his way to the original address when he called to say he was on his way, but we got that straightened out quickly and he arrived in the agreed upon delivery window. The rugs looked great and smelled fresh and clean. Good job!

Jon was prompt and efficient. He explained the process and pretreated some stains. I was very pleased with the results especially the stairs. After 16 yrs and 4 boys the stairs had taken a beating. I did have Jon come back and retreat and clean two spots which he did willingly. I am glad my friends recommended Zerorez..

Technician arrived on time, and finished in about 3 hours. The carpet was older, and had not been cleaned previously. The cleaning was a huge improvement in terms of appearance.

It was very easy to get a quote over the phone and schedule the service. Zerorez gave us a 3 hour arrival window, and they called the day of the service when they were on the way over. They actually arrived a few minutes early, which was great. Two service techs performed our service, and they were good about walking through the house to see exactly what we wanted done, told us about other optional services (but weren't overly pushy), and then performed the carpet cleaning. They were also good about protecting the corners and not putting marks into the baseboards or walls when they were cleaning. When they were finished they walked us through the entire house to show us their work and see if we had any questions. Very happy with the service from start to finish and how the carpets turned out!

THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS A VERY PLEASANT YOUNG MAN. HE BEGAN WORK PROMPTLY. HE CLEANED AND DISINFECTED THE CARPET AND TREATED THE STAINS I POINTED OUT. HE ALSO CLEANED THE ENTRY WAY RUG AND SPOT TREATED IT. THE HALLWAY WAS ALSO CLEANED AND DISINFECTED. HE WAS CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE WHEN WORKING AROUND IT AND HE WAS CONSIDERATE AND PATIENT WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. I CAN'T REMEMBER THE PRICE I PAID, HOWEVER IT WAS A COUPON PRICE AND ZEROREZ HONORED THE PRICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY AND THE TECHNICIAN AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
