I just purchased a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned before I moved in. Zerorez actually called the day of the appointment to see if they could come earlier which was terrific. There was no furniture in the house so it was a pretty quick service. The carpet is about 10 years old but they did a good job and there was no sticky residue that I hate. I also have pets and did not want cleaning chemicals on the carpet.

A different carpet cleaning company came out to clean the carpets in my town home as I prepared it for my tenants. They left behind some spots and discoloration. My property management company recommended I try Zerorez to see if they could do a better job. When they arrived, they evaluated each room. They were very upfront and honest and explained for one of the rooms that had rust spots, they could not guarantee they could make it better and recommended I not spend money since they weren't sure they could get those spots out. We decided on 3 other rooms. Their "empowered water" is VERY good. They removed the discoloration in the other three rooms. I am a very happy customer and I am sure my tenants will be happy too.

The person who cleaned the carpets was great - professional, prompt, good communication. He was very thorough and hard working. The cleaning was also excellent - I love the fact that they don't use chemicals and we weren't left with "perfumy" smell. The carpet dried relatively quickly. On the day of the cleaning, the total cost came in quite a bit higher than the estimate. Some of it was probably my fault in failing to give a good description of the house and some of it was due to a discount that wasn't applied. Zerorez actually initiated contact with me and adjusted the bill. (wow!) Their resolution of the cost issue was outstanding. They are still a little pricey - but well worth it - excellent cleaning and excellent customer service.

They did a fantastic job. Only complaint....Scheduling is not so convenient. You are given a day without any window of time. Then a day before you are called with the 3 hour window. When discussing how to schedule a window of time, I was told this can not be done---possibly a am or pm preference. They need to do a better job with giving a time choice.

Technician (Mark) inspected all our basement carpets for pet stains and found none. He then pre-treated the carpet and the few other stains we located. He was extremely professional and polite. He told me he would need 1-1.5 hours but finished in an hour. The carpets look gorgeous and almost like new. I was very happy with the service provided and the friendliness, professionalism of the technician. I would use them again.

My carpet looks wonderful. There is no residue left on the carpet. I received a phone call about two hours before I was scheduled to ask if it would be okay to come early. I was delighted. Carpet was dry within a few hours. I am very pleased with the quality and service. I will definitely use again, and recommend to family and friends.

I am very impressed with Zerorez. That's absolutely my favorite. They use only water instead of detergent. A lot of times you get your carpets cleaned and it looks like there is a residue there and Zerorez is the first carpet cleaner of several that I tried that actually got everything really cleaned and they only used water and it all stayed cleaner longer. They could get everything out; all kinds of different stains. I don't know what I was thinking but I have white carpeting on steps downstairs and so on. It's just been a wear pattern and they were the first to get it out.

Family room had pet urine. I was impressed that the tech did not try to talk me into the more expensive procedure. The tech was outstanding. He explained exactly what he would be doing and there was no hard sell.

We have used zerorez before and absolutely loved their service so when we were going to rent a house with a lot of carpet we requested that all the carpets be cleaned by them. They cleaned the carpets but we could still smell the previous tenets dogs. I called them and told my dilemma. My landlord declined the pet biological treatment and that is why the smell was probably still there. He told me he was going to send someone back out to reclean the carpet (per their guarantee) & that I would just need to pay for the pet treatment per room. Fine by me. Dave showed up and went through the house with me and told me his game plan. He gave me an estimate on the job, which was less than I was expecting. He went out to the truck and came back in to let me know that there was a change of plan after talking to his boss - they weren't going to charge me anything. I cannot rave about this company enough. They are amazing & worth every cent!

He was very professional and wore blue booties over his shoes at all times. He gave me an estimate first then started his work. He would ask if I was satisfied and if there was anything he should go over again. I would definitely recommend them.

Was on time. He did a good job and sold me on geting my tile cleaned. I like the service but it gets expensive.

Zerorez did a good job on the rug and was done in a week. The price was extremely reasonable. I dropped if off and got a 15% discount. I also was given a card for a $25 discount on my next service. Very convenient service.

Outstanding. I called the company on July 9th and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I actually felt pampered because the scheduler did his utmost to accommodate me as far as the time was concerned. The following day the service man called me shortly before he was to arrive. His name was Terry Fahey and he turned out to be the ideal service provider. He explained everything to me, did not pressure me into purchasing extras, made excellent recommendations, and did a thorough job in a relatively short period of time. I have already asked the company to send him the next time I have my carpets cleaned. Needless to say, I will definitely continue using Zerorez to clean my carpets.

Zerorez was great. It was no-fuss and very professional. Pricing was clear. The did have some additional charges, but they were up front about these, so no surprises. Carpets look great.

Everything about this service was A+. I submitted a request on-line, and almost immediately got a call back. Timing was scheduled to meet my convenience and I got a reminder email before the appointment. The two guys arrived within the window of time promised, dressed neatly, and respectful to me as the homeowner. They explained options and did a pricing estimate before starting the work. They worked together well as a team and the job was done quickly and thoroughly. Results were great on my old carpet! One other nice thing was that they had a shield put up on the outside door to keep the heat and bugs out. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to my friends.

I called Zerorez and they were at my door within 2 hours regarding my basement damage. The technician gave a thorough review of the situation and also made recommendations. Above all, the estimate was free of charge. I will not only be using them for any portion of the job I need to hire out for, but I will use them again and recommend them to anyone with an in-house repair need.

I had a good experience with them. My carpet looks very nice. He is very professional, very polite, and very accommodating. It went really well. He moved some furniture and put all back the little pads and plastic things. It's a little bit on the more pricey side, but I think they do a nice job. I would use them again.

The technicians were prompt,friendly, and efficient. i have used zerorez before and am very happy with the work. I was not pressured to buy additional services.. They also took time to answer some questions I had a out their in house area rug services.

He showed up on time, in the pouring rain. Luckily we were able to let him come thru the garage instead of the front door, as the rain really bad. He came in and did his thing. The only issue I had with the service is he left our laundry room door open that was connected to the garage that he came thru.

They did an excellent job, but it was kind of pricey. I would use them in a heartbeat. I have heard them advertise on the radio and I kind of like to go more green if I can and they don't use chemicals in their cleaning, and a lot of times you will have the carpets cleaned and you come home and they are still wet for a couple of days, but these didn't have any chemical smell and it was almost dry. They did a really good job of getting out some spots living in this house for probably 8 years and I haven't cleaned the lower levels at all.

They were very professional and I was happy with the results. They dont use any chemicals on your carpets so they are eco-friendly.

It now looks brand new and it is 15 years old. I hired them to do thinking that it might look good but this was beyond my wildest imagination--it looks like the day it was in stalled.

Technician was very professional and thorough. Up-saled me to carpet protection for $120. I'm now not sure it was necessary, but the carpet looks great and stains removed. Technician was honest about a couple of stains (dishsoap stain and chocolate stain), that he was able to remove 99% but not completely. Dishsoap stain may come back again as these are hard to completely get rid of. Disappointed that they could not complete the duct cleaning because their equipment could not make some of the turns/bends in how the ducts work in my townhome. They are upgrading their equipment to be able to do this but won't be up and running for another 1-2 months. I cancelled the other duct work they were going to do and will be calling another company that can do it. I'll likely try zerorez again for this in the future after they have upgraded their equipment.
