We used Zerorez for a 2nd time in the last month since we are in the process of moving and needed to clean the carpets at both houses. At our old house the carpets were about 16 years old and had more stains and discolorations, but Zerorez was able to get out about 90% of the issues and the other 10% was made better but still there were some discolorations after they finished. They explained this as the age of the carpets caused some wearing of the fabric and that is what we are seeing Vs stains. The tech did a good job and seemed to be working hard. The final amount due was right in line with the estimate. We also like that they came out real quick after we called as we needed to get this done quickly due to the circumstances of moving. We were pleased overall again with Zerorez and would use them again in the future without hesitation. Thanks for reading.

They aren’t real cheap, but boy they do a great job. They do carpet, upholstery, area rugs, water damage, tile and grout much more. Their customer service is excellent. They are personable and they clean up after themselves. They moved some furniture and put pads under the furniture. When they come in the door they kick their shoes off and put footsies on their feet.

Daylon, the service technician, called me and let me know that he could come a bit earlier than our original appointment, if it was okay with me. He arrived a little earlier, which was okay and he told me how he was going to proceed with the upholstery cleaning of my sofa, chair and ottoman, as well as the cleaning and treatment of my carpet in my livingroom, dining area, sunroom and hallway. He explained the advantage of having the Maxim Carpet Protector treatment applied after the cleaning and indicated that it would prevent most spills from getting absorbed by the carpet and that spills could be cleaned with plain water and then blotted dry with a towel. I decided to give it a try, as well as have the upholstery treated with Scotchgard. Daylon proceeded to clean and treat my carpet and upholstery. Daylon did a very good job of cleaning all areas. My carpet looked very good with no more stains, and looked like new again. Daylon was exceptionally courteous, and very professional. I decided to wait a few weeks before giving this review, in order to acurately determine the value of the Maxim Carpet Protector treatment. I have two cats, and occasionally they spit up hair balls which can sometimes leave a stain. During the past 5 weeks my cats have spit up three times. I followed Daylon's advice and cleaned the area with only water (no soap) and blotted the area dry. There have been no remaining stains, which to me, demonstrates the value of the Maxim treatment! I was very happy with the results and the extra cost of the Maxim Carpet Protector treatment was worth it to me.

All areas were cleaned. Several spots could not be clean, which was explained.

Zerorez service people are always prompt, always call from 20 - 30 minutes before they arrive and explain all they can and can't clean. This serviceman had extra time and spent it getting stubborn pet stains out of the carpet. I wasn't sure if I could salvage the carpet, but now I am selling the house and have already had an offer.

They did a good job. They called and even came early. The job was done on time and was very professional. They sent two people to do the job. The quality was great and I have no seen any stains come back. Their pricing was reasonable. I would call them back again for more work if needed.

Getting the appointment scheduled went pretty well. I contacted them and had it set up within a week. And the technician showed up on time and brought all of the products needed. He brought some corner guards to keep the trim to my wood floors protected.

They did great work. I was surprised how well they did. They have process of speaking with me about every detail of the work they were going to do just to make sure we both were on the same page. They told me beforehand how they were going to do the work. They gave more materials to read more into the solutions they use for the carpets as well. They also have options for a coating that can keep the carpet cleaner longer. The two technicians were very clean. They wore booties throughout the cleaning and were very thorough as well. They were professional through every aspect. Getting the appointment scheduled was easy and they are very flexible. This is the best experience I had with a carpet cleaning company. When they got to the lower level while cleaning the ducts, the technician found some water in them. He gave me a possible explanation of why it was there, but told me to get it checked out.

The work they did turned out satisfactory. My wife was happy with the results. The workers showed up on time. They were little higher with their pricing but they had good reviews from other customers. They also have a 30 day guarantee for their work. They use a solution that does not leave any chemicals in the carpets, which should keep the carpet cleaner longer.

Everything went as it should with the exception of some shadows in the carpet it appears these areas were missed as they were not high traffic areas nor were these areas dirtier than the rest of the carpet.

We bought a house and needed to get all of the carpets cleaned since the previous owners had a cat. We researched here on Angie'sList and chose Zerorez. Zerorez was good to work with and it seems like they did a good job cleaning the carpets. Their estimate was close to the actual charge. The only thing I didn't love was that they did a bit of an upsell once at the job (the carpet protection). I would have rather heard about that when we made the appointment so we could have researched it Vs having to make an on the spot decision for that. Zerorez is expensive but they do a good job with the carpet cleaning. I would use their services again.

They came on time and were very courteous. They cleaned carpets is several rooms, hallways and stairs. They did a good job.

Scheduling on the phone was polite and and up front about costing. They called to see if they could come about an hour earlier than the scheduled window, which worked for me. The two gentlemen were very nice and knowledgeable. They used a large fan to speed the drying while they were there. They were very up front about what they could/could not do for pet stains and it was completely up to me as to the level of treatment I chose to try to remove them. We did get a sales pitch about future cleanings as well as stain removal products to have in our home. Overall, we are pleased with the service and will call them again when we need general cleaning done.

My carpets are old, gross and desperately need to be replaced. However, there is no room in my budget for that right now. With company coming it was time to get them cleaned ... as good as they could be. I called Zerorez and told them I didn't expect a lot because I knew my carpets were in rough shape and I asked them to just do the best they could. Well, they did an amazing job!! Pet stains that I had tried unsuccessfully to get out myself disappeared and my carpets became respectable again! The Zerorez guys were super friendly and gave me lots of tips to keep my carpets looking cleaner for longer! It was a pleasure having this company and their employees in my home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again. I also LOVED the fact that the cleaning was chemical free!! This is very important to us.

I was super happy with the results and the professionalism of the two gentlemen that provided the service. I did an over the phone estimate due to a time crunch. I was surprised how inaccurate it was. I strongly recommend an in home estimate.
