highly professional, punctual, and carpets look amazing

I bought a house on a short sale, and it was absolutely disgusting inside. I had zerorez come out and clean all the carpet in my entire house (approx. 2500 sf) and they also cleaned the tile in a small bathroom in the basement. I was very impressed with how clean he got the carpets. I would definitely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for good results!

We found their pricing to be somewhat deceptive. They charged additional for walk in closets which they did not tell us about at initial estimate. On day of cleaning they charged us for 2 walk in closets when we only had one. They did refund the charge for 1 closet.

The individual was very professional and helpful. Clearly explained services and costs associated.

We've used them before and we feel they do the best job on our carpets. My wife talks about walking around the carpet bare feet and how much better they feel (the carpet, not her feet).

Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to friends.

They did an excellent job. They got good service and got the carpet cleaned. They’re very efficient. They get in, they get out, they’re clean, and they don’t make a mess. They prep everything so that they don’t leave any footprints. They were on time. I recommended them to my daughter and they did excellent work on her town home. There was a great improvement. They got a good system. Their price was very competitive.

Everything was fine. They were really good. They were very professional and did a great job. We had never used them before and we were very happy with them. It was easy to get the appointment. They came out within a matter of a couple of days so they were easy to use. We would most definitely use them again.

Zeroez is ok i think the marketing gimmick of empowered water is no better than other services i have used like stanley steamer at 50% of the cost.

I believe steam cleaning a carpet does a better job.

After speaking with Zerorez and getting an estimate, he scheduled them to come out. Zerorez was here on time with two men, both very professional. One man set about bringing in equipment while the other moved around the home confirming the number of vents, etc. to confirm the cost. That's where the problem came in. The cost the on-site representative gave me was more than three times the cost estimate provided to my husband on the phone. They came up with the phone estimate based on the square footage of our home (3,500 sq ft.) but they were way, WAY off. I told the on-site staff to stop working until we settled this. We negotiated with someone at their offices and ultimately we did have Zerorez complete the service, still at twice as much as originally estimated. We won't use them again. The "F" on professionalism is not about our interactions with their staff--that was fine--but it was earned based on a very poor process for estimating costs for their customers. That's key to professionalism in my book.

They cleaned the living room and up the stairs. they did a very job, as always. We have used them before and will use them again.

I was a bit skeptical of the "empowered water" (sounds kinda hoaky), but it seems to have done a good job. We didn't have any terrible stains, so we didn't really challenge their cleaning ability, but we were satisfied with the results.

It was a good experienc. I would give them all A ratings!

Nathan and his assistant cleaned our carpets in 2 of our bedrooms and also on our steps (11) to our lower level, as well as our sofa. I could not be more pleased with the final result. The carpet in our bedroom had a very soiled look in the main traffic area as you enter the room and they got it looking like new. At first the steps did not turn out as I had expected. But Nathan came back and redid the steps and they turned out great. I will definitely be using zerorez again! Nathan and his assistants were very professional and courteous and they represent zerorez extremely well.

Everything was great, from setting up the appointment to the actual work. They were on time, did a great job at a fair price. I will definitely go with them again.

This service was outstanding. I had a leak that went into a basement apartment and the rug in the bedroom was soaked. All of the water was extracted and treated for mold. The tech was so through and explained everything very clearly. Big fans had to be on the area for several hours and he monitored them closely and even removed them on a Saturday afternoon!

I have used Zerorez before and plan on using them again. Steve, the technician arrived when he said he would and got right to work. There were stains that I could not remove through spot cleaning and did not believe they could be removed - like ink from a pen that the dog had chewed. Steve took care of it all. My carpets look great.

They did a great job. They were PROMPT, knowledgable and efficent. They were very good about working around our infant's nap schedule and preschooler's pick up time. I wish the original quote would have been more accurate, but understand the concerns expressed by the team when they arrived on site -- particularly as it related our pet's marks on our carpet. However, the company was fair and actually gave us some discounts to keep the price down a bit. That was much appreciated! I would definately use them again and will never wait 3 years between cleanings again.

Very well. The rugs had been victims of extensive dog urination over a long period of time by a small but determined visiting dog . (He may have been aided by the resident dog on rare occasions.) The rugs were nasty. They were picked up, and after a review in the shop, we were informed that the original cost estimate and time estimate would not give us a satisfactory result. We authorized the additional time and money. When the rugs were delivered, we were very pleased with the result. The colors were bright, and the rugs looked like new. They smelled good too. They took the time to do it right.

The appointment was made and the provider was very efficient. He explained everything he would do and approximately how long it would take. He was right on target! He worked very hard and was very professional. He explained that when it was dry, we would know if it would need any further treatment for the pet odor. We have given it plenty of time. The odor was still present in a couple of areas, so we will have them return to treat those areas. There will be an additional charge for this.

Carpets came out very nice as well as the 2 pieces of furniture. The carpet had many pee accidents on it from our dog who has diabetes. So the urine smell was noticeable. This was my big concern to get rid of that. They did a great job. Pre-treated the areas before and after cleaning. Everything worked out great! The loveseat and couch came out real nice. They are a microfiber product so they made sure they got all the water sucked out. They look great also.

I had used them once before and was very pleased with them so I used them again. I was pleased again with their work.
