He was timely, he was knowledgeable. They were truly fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are really good. They do both Windows and Mac. We went from Windows to Mac and they did a nice job. They’re really good about keeping their time appointments.

Basically after doing a complete study of the computer, Comcast had activated our television, they did not connect our computer. After he had spoke with them he stayed after to help my wife set up our Comcast modem. James was the man they helped us, he was early, and let me pick the time. He even came out on a Saturday.

I can't remember the exact date or cost of the service but I had a password on a computer that no one could remember. TRI was able to disable the password and make the computer run more efficienty.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I would definitely recommend him.

Adrian came out, set everything up and answered several questions that I had regarding set-up and connectivity issues. He was very helpful and professional. I'm self-employed and often work on deadlines so it was important that everything be up and running ASAP. He accomplished this so I would use the service again.

It helped for a little while but I pretty much went out within a few days and got a new computer because I didn't want it to die. He was very helpful.

CHRIS WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE DID A FAST AND EXCELLENT JOB. THE SET UP OF APPOINTMENT WAS EASY, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. Have used this company before... solid results.

A number of hardware and software issues were checked. No hardware problems were detected. I managed to have a number of issues with what I refer to as "snarf"; were taken care of or removed. When TRI were not happy with that fix, they wiped it clean, after saving my files and reloaded the laptop. I am very happy. Thanks, Technical Reinforcements!

Very happy. We were able to call the technician after he left, to answer other questions that came up.

When I called for the appointment, James suggested that I get a list of all of my concerns and questions since I purchased 2 hours of service. He arrived on time and brought Tom, who was shadowing. As it turns out, the printer software needed to be reinstalled. My questions were answered and the printer is working. I asked for suggestions for down the road replacing my printer and he provided his recommendations. I highly recommend Technical Reinforcements and would certainly use their services again.

I called them, and a man named Adrian Preston came. I told him I needed him to speed up my computer. He fiddled with it for maybe 10-15 minutes and then told me he couldn't do it. He fully charged me to tell me that he couldn't do it, that my computer was just old. I now have someone else working on my computer, who is speeding it up. I feel like if someone discovers they cannot perform the work for you, you should not have to pay the full price of labor.

We have had Technical Reinforcements out three or four times, twice with an Angie's list deal. Both James and Adrian are both smart capable men. My issue is that they talk too much. I want more time spent on the computer issues at hand. The other thing is if you buy a deal, (ie. two hours of support) they stay for about an hour and 15 minutes and leave. So I don't really see the "deal." If you are advertising two hours of support, please give two hours of support even if that means you sit with the computer owner and actually do some of the file transfers rather than just showing them what to do. Honestly, I'm not great with computers so I never remember what I am "taught" to do. I think if they would concentrate strictly on business and would be willing to stay the whole "purchased" time, it would benefit their business. Thank you.

Technician explained that my outdated PC might stop working at any time. He explained the HP printer drivers and how they needed to be updated in order to get my printer to work. He did not ask if we had any laptops that we wanted to use with that printer. However, in a follow-up email he explained how to turn on the printer sharing option on the printer. Once I did that (and the drivers were updated), everything worked fine.

It went very well, as I wrote above. I highly recommend them as people who can figure out what's wrong, what you need, and how to help the customer to know what information they will need going forward. This is especially useful and welcome for those of us who are older.

This company charges by the hour rather than by the service, which is really good in case you have a problem that costs more than the laptop is worth, which happened to me. Adrienne recovered the data from my old laptop (which I had hoped could be easily repaired to be used as a second laptop) and transferred it to my new laptop. He was punctual and polite and behaved in a professional manner. The tech also checked out my daughter's old Apple desktop and another desktop we had downstairs. Adrienne was very helpful about saving us money on buying parts for the older computers. Even without the Angie's Big Deal discount, this would have been the least I have ever paid for such service. I have recommended Technical Reinforcements to friends and family because they know what they are doing and are fair about pricing.

He arrived on time and started to work right away, explaining everything he was going to do and asking questions to make sure he was getting all of the data form the old computer that I wanted. He then set up my new wireless modem and showed me how to keep it sure from others outside of my home using it.

The experience with Technical Reinforcements Inc was very good. They were competent, worked fast, and solved the problem.

Great experience. he told me that he would be at my ofice at 9:30. He called at 9:20 and said that he was stuck in traffic. that he would be about 15 minutes late. Worked out great.

The rep from Technical Reinforcements was punctual, friendly and patient with me as I am not too technically savvy or organized. He did more than I expected and went over the 2 hour time frame by about 20 minutes but did not charge me. I have recommended this company and will use them in the future.

My interaction with them has been great. They were reasonable, flexible and accommodating. They did high quality work. Their price was reasonable. They showed up within two days; very responsive and punctual. They are very professional.

They did a good job. I have used them more than once since then.

The technician did some checks, provided me with some useful information. He suggested I use an older router instead of the newer one I had installed, and that seemed to work a little better. All in all, I was happy with the service, although my problem was not completly solved and I contiunue to have issues with my network. I suspect the problems are the result of my ISP service, not my router.

He was on time. He took off his shoes and was very personable. He was great.
