 + -1 moreVery Well. Bill listened to me and did not pressure me to buy more machine than I said I wanted to spend. Installation was scheduled quickly and assembly and delivery were done professionally and on time. Recieved a follow up e-mail two weeks later to make sure everything was good.
Description of Work: Wanted to purchase an eliptical. Went to showroom and talked with Bill. I told Bill what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Bill showed me various machines in my price range and briefly showed me a machine at the next range and told me the benefits of it.

 + -1 moreTHE SALES STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MINE WAS A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER. I WAS OFFERED A FREE WEEK OF PERSONAL TRAINING TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH MY MACHINES. I PURCHASED A RATHER EXTENSIVE HOME GYM INCLUDING A TREADMILL. THE DELIVERY MEN WERE PROMPT AND CLEAN. THEY GAVE ME AN OVERALL KNOWLEDGE ON THE EQUIPMENT AS WELL. NOW HOPEFULLY I WILL USE IT ON A REGULAR BASIS!!! IF ONLY YOU COULD BUY MOTIVATION!!!

 + -1 moreTHE SALES STAFF AND 2ND WIND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY DID NOT STEER ME TOWARDS A MORE EXPENSIVE TREADMILL MODEL, BUT ACTUALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED AND MADE A SUGGESTION. WHEN THE EQUIPMENT WAS DELIVERED, THE DELIVERY PEOPLE SET UP THE EQUIPMENT AND SHOWED US HOW TO USE AND MAINTAIN THE TREADMILL. GREAT SERVICE!
Description of Work: PURCHASE A NEW WEIGHT SET AND TREADMILL. THEY DELIVERED AND SETUP THE EQUIPMENT AND REMOVED AN OLD STAIR STEPPING MACHINE FROM MY HOME.

 + -1 moreI NEVER RECEIVED THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET FOR THE HOME GYM. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVED TRAINING FROM THE SALES PERSON, BUT EVERYTIME I TRIED TO SET AN APPOINTMENT HE SAID HE WAS INJURED. I HAVE E-MAILED AND CALLED THE MANAGER FOR THE LAST YEAR AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GYM.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A TREADMILL AND HOME GYM.
