Description of Work: They responded right away when I called to have Christmas lights installed on my home and on a tree. They came out and provided a bid and left it on my door. I found the price to be fair. I called the office to schedule the installation. Office was very friendly but professional. The guys came out on the date and time promised do install the lights. The lights looked better then what I anticipated. No excessive lights or cords hanging and were set up on a timer. The entire season went perfect with no problems. Then they came back out and removed all the lights as promised with care to my property. I will be using them next year and this spring for window cleaning.

Description of Work: Pressure washed deck and patio. It was done just fine but it was too expensive for me to use them again. Also, the men who did the job seemed to expect a tip. I didn't feel prepared for that and didn't give them one.

Description of Work: We have used Russel Williams to clean our windows twice in the last 3 years. We've had multiple guests comment on how crystal clear our (100-year-old) windows look after the cleaning and many have asked for Russel William's contact information so they can get their windows cleaned, too. | |One additional note that I think speaks to their professionalism: during the first cleaning , the crew dropped one of our windows and it broke. They immediately let me know, apologized, and told me they would take it away to have it fixed at their expense. Within two days, they had returned with the new pane and installed the window while we were away. Mistakes happen -- how you respond to them as a business is what matters.

Description of Work: I had green algae on my sidewalk and decided to power wash it as well as my composite deck. They arrived on time, the sidewalk looks good except it seems that the top finish on the sidewalk is rough. |The deck was another story. They left black marks on the grey aluminum railing (must have been from their equipment) and did not finish power washing by the steps and top area by the steps. I called and they came out to fix it. This was done in a satisfactorily timely fashion. They did a good job removing the dirt from the area which was not done before but unfortunately were not able to remove the black marks on the railing.
