It went fine. He is good, uses good subs, and works with his clients throughout the process; accomodates changes and new ideas throughout the remodeling process if possible.

Went very well. Job didn't stall out like some other remodeling we have done in the past. Would call them again if we need another construction project.

Rip is very good at what he does. He works well with his customers in delivering what their vision is. We changed our mind several times during the process and he adjusted with us. He cares about his work, and about his customers. He hires good subs and laborers who also take care of their customers. The quality is excellent. We are very happy and still get very positive comments, on our addition 14 years later.

They did two bathrooms, an office, basement, entryway, exercise room, a pretty large job. They were a joy to work with, on time, professional, neat. I didn't mind having them in my house for four months. They were really good.

We decided to add a 2 story addition to our walkout rambler back in 1997. My husband had started the project, in late 1996, and had all of the footings poured, and the first story framed in, before winter set in. We hired Rip in the spring of 1997 to complete the job. He did all of the demo and worked with us constantly to ensure that we got exactly what we had in mind. Rip delivers an outstanding product. His company recently put a new roof on the older structure.

HIGHEST QUALITY WORK. HE PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND IF SOMETHING DOES GO WRONG HE GETS RIGHT ON IT AND HANDLES IT. HE IS VERY DILIGENT
