+ -1 moreMike did a wonderful job. He was promt and on time. He got the door unlocked and new keys created within 15mins.
Description of Work: I was locked out of the house and Mike came over within 30 mintues. He unlocked the lock ($65) and made more keys for us ($12 for the first and $2 for the additional keys)

+ -1 moreEven after he correctly closed the door and engaged the lock pins, the deadbolt was still spinning. He opened up the locking mechanism and showed me the part that had been stressed and bent. He rebent it and explained that it should be fine. He put it back together and walked through the whole locking procedure. It now works perfectly. He also fixed an additional door.
Description of Work: He explained to me how the door mechanism locks for starters, which I was doing incorrectly.
