We have been very happy working with Kris and his team. We have been working primarily with his partner Sara Pickens. Their pricing is comparable to the rest of the market. Their responsiveness has been off the charts and they are very punctual. They are very professional. We would absolutely use them again and we would recommend them to anyone else.

We contacted Kris on a recommendation from a friend. He had helped her and her husband purchase their house. We were new to the area, so we were looking for a realtor. The house we were interested in buying was likely a realtor's nightmare. It was a short sale, with multiple mortgages and liens. Kris was a short sale specialist (unbeknownst to us at the time), and took the time to walk us through the whole process from start to finish. I felt he was honest with us, told us the pros and cons, didn't sugar coat anything, and kept us constantly in the loop (even when there might not be news to report). My wife and I greatly appreciated that level of communication, dedication and expertise. I still can hardly believe we ended up with this house, and I feel 100% confident saying we wouldn't have if it weren't for Kris. Professional, knowledgable and most of all, a tireless hard-worker.
