Hero communicated with me during the whole process from the moment I hired them, all the way through the end of the project. The field service pro was delayed due to an earlier emergency, and the Hero scheduler kept me updated every hour with an ETA, starting well before the original appointment time was scheduled to begin. The service man who arrived was named Steffon. Consider yourself very lucky if he arrives to do your work, because Steffon's professional, courteous and explains exactly what needs to be done. I'm very happy to have hired Hero, and grateful that I had Steffon on the job.

They moved my appointment up because my softener problem became worse so great customer service. Dustin was professional, caught an additional problem and explained everything to me.

Hero responded to my request in really fast. Had Lance dispatched to us within an hour. Lance and John were professional and explained things well. Was hoping to not have to replace the water heater, it was the right thing to do. They cleaned up behind themselves also.

Lance came out and was very professional. Installed the next day and he did a really good job. But Apparently I didn?t do my research because I spent $2400 on a water heater. I found out afterwards that I waaaaayy over paid. For the same water heater installed it would have only cost me $1200.
