When I scheduled the appointment I was told that a coupon I saw online was valid for the service I needed. Turns out it was not. Planning to spend $100 turned into $300. Not happy about that. The technician was great and the issue resolved, but they need to train the online chat people much better.

Was only about $100.00 worth of parts, 1 1/4 hours of labor. Still charged $750.00 for the job. Did not clean up after himself either. Never again!!

This is my second issue where I needed to contact Hero plumbing. The first time was a drain issue in my basement. Tony Westberry came out, very friendly, knows his job explained everything with prices included. I knew then I would recommend his services again when needed. Well, here I am again needing services this time with my bathroom sink being clogged up. I contacted Hero plumbing again and requested Tony Westberry. It is great to have someone you can connect to within a company. Hero plumbing has come through for me and my family. I think I will keep them on speed dial. A+ service.

Hero reps spent most of the day tracking down the problem. They wouldnâ t give up until the problem was solved. It wasnâ t cheap but I was very impressed with their commitment. The furnace is working great.

Overall, it was a great experience; the cost was a little high for 2 hours of work but having peace of mind will help ease the pain of the cost. :-)

The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He did an excellent job providing advice about the project and installing our natural gas heater according to our directions. It did take a little longer than expected, but nothing major.Also, because of this, the technician was called away to check on other jobs and to pick up parts. However, he kept us advised and made sure to take our schedule into consideration.

This is our second visit from Steve from hero plumbing a month ago my cloud my dream was clogged I own a 1954 home and was advised to become a member of the hero plumbing company which guarantees their work for 30 days on the 28th day my toilet became clogged again he returned did his very best come to find out there was a bigger problem was not charged at all yet they called in another plumber from hero who is going to be making repairs I would highly recommend this company they back their work their workers are amazing their customer service is prompt I may do a lot of follow through
