I regret not getting a second bid/estimate. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable and ultimately solved the problem. We had to call him back shortly after he left due to a leak. Biggest issue was cost. The price seemed very high.

JAKE did an outstanding job. He Called when he was leaving his previous job on the way to my house to give me ample time to meet him. He was quick and diagnosing the best possible solution, quickly finish the install, and because it was simpler than expected charge to me less than he could have.

Wow! I'm very impressed with the quick service, and the expertise of the technician. Same-day service on a gas line connection that I worried would be a drawn out job. Provided a detailed estimate before starting the work and there were no billing surprises. I'm also impressed with their customer service and the scheduler who contacted me. Overall a wonderful experience. I now have them on speed-dial!

Exceptional group/company- from tech, salesperson to installers. very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them. They would text you prior to arrival, with a picture of an individual to do the work etc.

Chad was great. He came on time as promised and replaced our leaky water heater. He was professional, clean, and answered all my questions. Certainly not the lowest cost option, but the work was done quickly and seems to be high quality. I’m willing to pay for professionalism and quick service. Chad will be back to replace our faucet next week.

Tom was very experienced and very kind. I give him an A+ for customer service. He made a not so great experience, great.

These guys were experienced, professional, and very thorough. It was truly a pleasure working with them. They walked through everything I needed prior to doing any work and then went through everything once it was completed. Listened to my concerns during the project and worked with me to clearly understand everything we were doing. Definitely will contact them for future needs.

Sean didn't only fix our water heater issue but he gave us valuable information as new homeowners. He walked us through how to trouble shoot the pilot light going out step by step.

Expensive gas line regulator repair. Would have liked invoice broken out into equipment cost, labor cost, mileage cose.

Very friendly

Did an excellent job of repairing the leak I was concerned about. He also proactively replaced another valve on the same system that was of the same vintage and would likely have begun leaking soon. He was prompt, efficient and very pleasant. Their customer service department (my initial contact) was lacking however.

He came and explained everything and was very courteous.

The tech did a good job, but I felt the service was way overpriced. The contractors that fixed my basement provided a faucet but could not do the install. So this plumber was to install the faucet that I had and only provided the P trap and connection to the drain pipe. He connected the faucet but after he left when I crouched down on the floor, I saw that he did not install a split flange to cover the hole around the drain pipe. So I will be doing that install myself.

I spoke with three companies but I only got the one quote from Hero. While I believe I could have gotten it done cheaper, it was the overall customer service experience that convinced me to look no further. Everything went exactly as planned and the work was done professionally. I am one of those who will pay a little more to get exactly what I want. As a marketer of a premium product I can tell you that price is equal to value.
