$69 service call then wanted well over $400 to replace kitchen faucet. Called different plumber, he charged $125 and was done in 1/2 hour.

Today was my third time using Hero/Uptown Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling and it will definitely be the last. First 2 interactions of getting a new water heater and an air conditioner repair were good, though a bit pricey. Today I had someone come to my house and quote me $800 in labor just to install a kitchen faucet. $1150 if I wanted their stock faucet. I was shocked and appalled. I know it should only take 45 minutes to install one, clearly he was trying to take advantage of me. But no, not today, not ever. Called Hero to ask about the exorbitant pricing to see if this was just a rouge technician. The dispatcher was unable to connect me with someone who could speak to pricing. I asked her to have someone call me if this was truely a mistake. No one has called.

Phil, Dustin, and Bryan were great. They explained everything to me and did a great job on the work.

Very fast response, everyone I talked to was courteous, helpful and efficient. Kaleb did the work very professionally.

Dwight from Hero Plumbing came out and checked our April Aire Humidifier.He was very knowledgeable and took care of the repair in a professional manner.He was courteous and took care of everything and I felt relieved that everything was working properly when he left.Everyone at Hero were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Phil, my service tech, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I added water softener replacement to the water heater project. Installation time exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.

I didn't expect how much work was supposed to be done and the cost of that work.

The technician was a joke. He pretty much read off the manual and did the test that I already had done. If I'm requesting a technician is because something needs repair. He spent almost an hour trying to reboot it and testing the water. Then he said he was going to get tools from his truck and sat in his truck for about 10 mins on his phone then came in and in then gave a diagnostic that the water softener was broken. Then they charged me $105 for the service that I already had done, except the water testing. Just a joke. The water softener the guy offered as a replacement is way overpriced! $1400 for a basic water softener that you can buy somewhere else for $400 and have someone else install it for $250. Won't ever use Hero again.
