Schedule over the phone was super easy, and they were able to fill me in earlier with a cancellation! The lady on the phone was great! Loved the phone call about 30 minutes before arrival, and also a texted bio of who would be arriving at my house. Jake our plumber was soooo thorough and did more than he had to, to make sure our home was safe again. He offered to stay late and work so we could get the gas back up and running ASAP! He listened and answered all of our questions and concerns! Because this project was urgent we did not have time to get multiple estimates on the project and I fear this company was on the hirer end side of the price scale, but again we did not have time to compare in detail. Overall very happy they are who we ended up with!

Davis is polite, thorough, and does excellent work. Davis arrived on time, explained my options and showed me each faucet plan. Davis installed the faucet in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. Davis asked me to check it to my liking and I did, it was great. I love doing business with Hero Plumbing!

Plumber tried to fix issue. Advised it may not be full fix. Did not leave any other estimate for me. When fix didnt work I called the company who on turn gave a $1400 estimate with very little explanation behind it. When I pushed for more detail plumber told me main shut off was ceased, needed to be completely replaced, not just fix the leak. Shut off was not ceased and was able to close valve myself. He was just money gouging. Do not use this company.

My installer was Jake. He was amazing. Came back until it was perfect. Really appreciate his hard work on a very challenging basement shower repair. I would hire again and request Jake!

quotatiions were outrageously high compared to other alternatives. I had him do one repair anyway because I needed it immediately. It did not work well and, about 10 days later totally broke. After several hundred dollars, I'm back to where I was.

Absolutely Outstanding. I have hired them twice now. I have one more project for them as well.

We had to call on a Sunday and as it turned out I was able to fix my water heater problem myself so I was able to cancel my appointment very easily. Bottom line here is that while I was able to correct my problem on my own this time they were there for me in a pinch if I needed them. The customer service lady was very helpful and prompt in her response to my problem. I will definitely use their service in the future next time I have a plumbing problem.

I need a new water heater installed quickly, and Hero got the job done in less than 3 hours. The work was great, friendly, and clean.

I had a city water access pipe repaired and an estimate prepared for a major plumbing project. Will be getting several other estimates, will then determine the cost factor. Meanwhile, the customer service is excellent and above expectations. Thanks, Chad !
