Dan and his apprentice Billy, replaced my water heater and fixed a leaky shower head. They did an awesome job and they were both a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Hero again.

Hero has always been responsive to any issues that arise with my HVAC system. In this case, I called them back for some warranty work due to recently having 2 new furnaces and 2 new air conditioners installed. Their technician (Vaughn) was knowledgeable and very service oriented. He found the installation problem and fixed it to my satisfaction.

The installers were here at the exact time they said they would be. They said the job would take about two hours and they were done in 1 hr and 45 minutes. they made sure they did not leave a mess, and we could not b happier with the job that they did.

Technician Brandon took time to explain all findings and give more then one option for the repairs and maintenance check he did on my AC system. He also explained new EPA mandates that would impact future availability of parts for older systems.

Started out with a water softener issue but redirected to a bigger problem with our water heater. Ended up replacing water heater the very same day.

Contacted Hero for a quote to remove 2 old gas lines and install 1 new one as part of a home remodel project. Hero sent e-mails and text messages letting me who was coming and when to expect them at my home. Sean arrived, assessed the work that was needed and provided a quote. When I decided to proceed Sean got started on the work and phoned back to the office for additional parts he needed. After a couple hours a Dustin and Bryan arrived to help get the work completed. All during the process everyone was very professional and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Great work from the Hero team!
