Great Tech showed up. Very professional & scheduling system very efficient. But--Way over priced & Techs are definitely working on commission when you suggest to replace a 7 y/o toilet due to a pindrop leak which ultimately was due to plastic coupler on water feed. One of the 2 they replaced-I provided & still got whacked inflated charge. Also-no breakdown of parts/labor pricing. Its random quotes off the techs ipad. The real kicker is at the end when they inform you there is a $19.99 charge for fuel & restock of the Van. Great staff contrary to my disappointment. They really were- but this pricing is kinda insulting to the wise.

Very professional, told me everything what to expect -cost, warranty and building permit and would come back if any issues with the building inspection. Helped me find the next contractor for the venting which was also needed. The only reason I gave a less rating for value of money is the estimate was a little high but the company's overall politeness, customer service and thoroughness was so much better than the other company I had give me a estimate Very pleased with Hero Heating and Cooling. Would use them again

They actually told me about warranty info and encouraged me to have it taken care of through that route to save me money, although I've used them many times in the past and have been very pleased with their work.

Sean did an excellent job replacing a leaky galvanized pipe with a copper pipe. He was polite and efficient in completing the work in a short time.

The service person, Dwight, that came over to do the spring check up showed me that my a/c needed cleaning. He noted that I could wait a while if I wanted to but soon I would need to have it done. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently.
