Gibson from HERO did an awsome job, took care of everything and did not charge for problems found I really appreciated Hero supports Military with a discount! It's also awsome the owners are Vets themselves. Hero also honored a contract when they found one of the ducts had been missed, they are sending out a team to redo the house without charge. I love the honesty, integrity from HERO to live up to the contract!!! The people behind the scenes were also very profesional! I will use HERO for future projects.

I felt I was leveraged into a home service through Hero Plumbing to have a discount on an outrageously high cost of hooking a new faucet up to a water line.

I had a problem with a CO leak detector going off. The temperature that week was solidly below zero and Hero was busy and overbooked. Nonetheless, they sent Fonta to fix the problem after hours to ensure my family was safe. He did an amazing job and explained the problem and repair clearly. He is amazing if you are lucky enough to get him. Thank you for the excellent service.

Dante Jacobs was the service man that came out with Hero. He was outstanding. He explained the process and showed before and after photos. He was kind and courteous, with so many scammers in duct and vent cleaning, I have never been more confident that the job was done, and done right!

I had to call them on a weekend, so there was a surcharge. That being said, I was extremely impressed form the very beginning. The customer service on my initial call to schedule, their being able to come to my home so quickly, the professionalism, sincerity and degree of detail to performing the work. Everything was WAY above and beyond what I expected. Tony was off the charts great!! He was kind, thorough and fun to chat with. I am so impressed with the HERO Plumbing. I will definitely use them again when the need arises and will refer them to others if I am asked. Nothing but positives to say about these folks.

Perioles did a remarkable job with the plumbing. He was very personable, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through step by step what was needed, and he did not pressure us to do more work. A man of great integrity. I would recommend Perioles for future plumbing work.

They installed our furnace 3 years ago and came out for a complimentary tune-up. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

Friendly knowledgeable technicians

Tony W was super! I've had other plumbers try to fix the situation over the last five years, with partial luck. He listened to the descriptions, had me run some taps, opened some drain with lug nuts in the basement. And then, he power hosed it clear. I am so happy! We also set up a semi-annual preventative maintenance agreement for my HVAC and water heater so I don't have to worry about it breaking down suddenly. Pleased as can be!
