Vaughn came to my home for maintenance of my central AC system. He performed his inspection, explained a couple of suggested repairs, and completed the work in about 2 hours. He was thorough, explained what he was doing for my understanding, left the workspace clean, even took before and after photos for me. Happy with the service and the price, would hire them again.

He did a wonderful job and was courteous and professional.

Peiroles was very knowledgeable and professional. Very good explanations of the problems and what he would need to do to fix them. I actually had him fix three different issues. The only reason I went with 4.5, was the overall costs were higher then I hoped, but I really had nothing to compare it to. He was a great guy and I am very happy with the work that was done.

They do a good professional job and always give options for service work. Bill was great and walked me through each item. Will continue to rely on them.

This morning Bill from HERO came to fix my air conditioning. However after thorough examination of my A.C. I decided to purchase a new unit. Bill had to work in a downpour of rain. He remained patient and professional through out the ordeal. I will request him the next time I need help from HERO.

Hero technicians are prompt, courteous and knowledgable. They always give you a firm price ( sometimes even several choices) before any work is done.

Max, Allan, cole, and Justin were all very friendly and kind. Able to explain what was happening with duct work and ventilation and what they would be doing to fix it.

Dustin arrived exactly on time to replace my water heater. When the job was completed he showed me the new features that were added and the levers to turn off if there was a problem. Also my basement was neat and clean. Dustin is a very efficient plumber. I am very happy with his work. My estimate and work was completed within 24 hours.

I called HERO Yesterday and they came out early this morning. Suzanne was very personable and did great work.
