Hero was great to work with from Sheldon working with my schedule to find a time that worked. The texts and emails confirming arrival. Peiroles upon arrival listened to my concerns and walked throughout the house testing various plunging fixtures. He took the time to explain the process. Once he assessed he provided the pricing. Yes some sticker shock but with the amount of work required it was a fair value. He came up with an alternate plan so my bathroom ceiling didn t need to be opened. Thank you for thinking outside the box. Be also gave me a potential project list of issues found and worked with me to determine what we could complete in my timeline today. Very professional, polite, thorough and cleaned up the work areas. Thank you Peiroles for the excellent service.

We have used Hero several times and have always been satisfied with the workers and the work they do. This time Daniel installed a carbon filter for our water system to eliminate a very high amount of chlorine in our water. We recommend everyone call Hero.

Tom did a excellent job in explaining what needed to be replaced and how everything works. Chris and his fellow worker did a fast and great install with my new water heater. I thought the cost was a little high because they said I needed to replace piping to pass inspection. They did an excellent job and would recommend their services..

SWINDLERS, I called them on their $99 special drain cleaning advertisement. They have you sign an electronic pad which charges your credit card, you receive no receipt. Immediately tries an up sale using a bigger drain cleaner, which is in fact the standard drain cleaner. He then informed he was having trouble getting the blockage cleared, and informed he could keep trying for an additional $100. They left and the drain backed up within an hour. Poor service and dishonest! never pay upfront! It was impossible to know if the drain was cleared out until hours later. I contacted better business bureau and zero said well you paid, so we are finished. Check their record and you will find they are liars.

Excellent, as always! Furnace was not kicking out heat, but otherwise seamed to be running. Called Friday morning at 9:30am, our Tech was here at 12:30pm, and we were up and running by 2:15pm! Vaughn, our tech, gave us options for the 2 jobs we needed done today. One was needed today and one could wait, but it would be smart to do it today. Vaughn was completely knowledgeable and found the problem, a bad sensor, in a few minutes! Fantastic work from the first contact this morning with scheduling. Call them, you will be thrilled!
