Hero has great service and wonderful, knowledgeable technicians. Ge inspected my furnace and hot water heater. He is very kind and explained everything to me.

While HERO is experiencing growing pains, Andy was fabulous...our annual service appointment was overridden due over scheduling...that was frustrating

They were very nice and informed us about everything and let us no when they were done ..

Amazing work for after hours on a weekend, called at 5 pm on Saturday and they were able get Gavin here by around 8pm to solve my issue. I had roots in my main drain. He was able to clear it out and also show the pipeline after with camera snake. Gavin did amazing work and was very knowledgeable about how to go about the problem at hand and recommended future solutions.

Tech was on time,polite,clean,wore booties. He got right to it & gave me, I feel,an honest opinion about repairs or replacement. I would use them again.

Their work was fine but their prices are very high. I called from their TV ad of drain clean for $99. Turned out price was for main drain. They charged $410 to snake my bathtub drain which I thought was very high. I will not be calling them again

Robert came out for annual service. He did excellent work and is an excellent communicator.

Presented more info than the job required making it difficult to get facts and accurate information. Way over priced. 4 different people to get anyone to listen. Refund less than expected due to over extreme over charging. I will not recommend them or use them again.
