Hero Plumbing, Heating Cooling and Electrical

Special thanks to Hero, for checking my furnace out today. Just a service update, and all is well, thanks to IAN FUTTERER. He was very polite, very friendly and explained everything to us. He was very clean and neat, and did a wonderful job today. Hope he is the Teck for my cleaning and check up again next year.

Had drain fixed Good Friday during pandemic and owner sent flowers with his employees for the customers. Awesome company who really cares about the employees, customers and country! Not only keeping the employees working but helping another business during this terrible time.

I have a hard time trusting businesses providing services not knowing if you are about to bend over and take it in the rear by a company that is out to screw even there own mother for buck. I have had a wonderful experience from the first contact with Hero scheduling to the Technician with his expensive camera. I would tell anyone who asks me who to call for Plumbing issues to call Hero. I just wish they would have been the company to call me back a year ago. I had MacQuillion Bros out for a heating issue and they collected $ 24,000 and left me with bursted pipes and no heat for over a month. Before the financial institution I refused to pay for a incomplete job forced MacQuillion Bros to deal with the mess they left me in. I'm telling you this because I truly have been screwed by another business. Hero has my indorsement full hearted. I will be calling them for any services that they provide without hesitation. C.
