The crew that came out worked all day with 1 break 800 am till 745 pm first day 700 am till 3 pm to finish 2nd day 1 single story house and detached 2 car garage They scraped taped painted these two buildings with precise focus on details The crew is asset to the company Salesman did a detailed contract on pricing and warranty which was impressive That was the pros The cons Nobody showed up during their work to see how the project was going And nobody showed up to do a walk around to check the work or if there was any kind of problems to sign off on project And its been some time for them to email me receipt that was requested on final payment Still have not received e mail receipt Would basically recommend them for their work crew that did an outstanding job up and beyond my expectations Steve

Dominic and Juan did a great job of keeping me informed on the job and staying until it was finished! They also were helpful in addressing small detailed areas that ask for. These guys are one of the best contractor teams I worked with while building my home addition. Thanks guys!

Hired these guys to paint the exterior of our stucco home, they did a great job and were accommodating to all of our requests. They scraped, caulked, and sealed the cracks in the trim, before painting. They came with a crew of ~5 guys and worked hard for 2 days to complete everything. I would definitely recommend them, they perform high quality work, communicate very well, and were enthusiastic to meet our needs.

We are very pleased with the Quality of the work performed. Neighbors have commented on how nice the house looks. Saul and his team did a GREAT job and I would recommend them to paint our house again.

I needed to have the back of my house scraped and repainted for a refinance. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. They gave me a reasonable time frame to be completed. I let them know what was expected and they followed through. If there was a question or problem they followed through with me before starting anything. Responsive, friendly, and very fast!

I hired Durahome PP to remove popcorn ceilings (living, dining, kitchen, entries) and do a knock-down re-texture. I couldn't be happier with the service, communication throughout the process, and results. Durahome accommodated my aggressive remodeling schedule. The estimating process was professional and expedient. The explanation of services and advice during the bid were great & the price was extremely competitive. The crew was on time, courteous, efficient, and to call them hard-working would be an understatement. The crew did a great job of protecting the rest of my house and cleaning up after what is an extremely messy project. But the bottom line is, the end results were outstanding and my ceilings look really amazing. I literally had no issues from start to finish, which I've never been able to say before on a home improvement job that I hired out. Highly recommended! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very professional, careful and thorough painters. Kept me informed of schedule changes and communicated all the way through the process. Also great value for the money!

The paint crew did a nice job overall. Even breathed some new life into our ~100 year old home. Curb appeal has been greatly improved and we feel our home is now better protected from the elements. We did have to deal with some initial communication struggles, and the job took a bit longer than planned as the paint crew had to overcome some mid-job staffing challenges. That said, we worked directly with Cody (owner) to overcome and remedy any challenges that popped up. Durahome worked through any and all issues we had and is making sure the job was / is done right and up to our expectations.

Durahome did a fantastic job from start to finish. They kept us involved every step of the way, used quality products, and the end result looks fantastic. I will definitely use Durahome again for future painting projects.

Hired this company but after four weeks and many emails and calls It was a crew chief who spoke with me, told me when they would start and kept me informed throughout the interior painting. What he said he would do he did. The higher levels of management should follow Oliverâ s example.

Labor worked hard but were unaware of contract specifications. Very poor supervision of workers and no communication between supervisor and me. Carpenter did not know how to to do required work.

Company did painting of entire exterior - stucco, cedar shakes, and trim, including windows. Quality of work was outstanding. Crew was professional and treated our property with care and respect. I do nor hesitate to recommend them.

The company needs a lot of improvement. The owner was not involved with the painting until problems arose. He was alternately argumentative and agreeable. The estimator was impressive, and he is why we decided to hire DURAHOME, The project supervisor brought his team to the site, came to talk to me as per directions of the owner. When I told him the storm inserts needed removal, he refused loudly and called the owner. He then was not there for two days. His team members were nice, but they broke 3 storm inserts. The project manager was there by himself on the 3rd day. His painting was ok, but there was more belligerence. We have never had such an experience with workmen in 53 years. There were other complaints including taking a few weeks replacing the storm inserts and putting them back incorrectly! The owner boasts managing over 50 painters. He needs to scale back and work on quality control! I would not hire them again!

Cody was very reasonable to work with and helped resolve any issues I had. They were competitively priced and even left us the extra paint for future touchup work. The house now looks new again. Thanks Durahome Painting Plus!

I would highly recommend NOT using this company if customer service matters to you along with quality work. I contracted with Durahome and agreed to pay $4,000+ to paint the trim work in the main level of my home. Upon the first meeting with the crew chief I was told this would be an easy 2-3 day job and the crew would be small due to the work space. After four days they wrapped up the work but the quality of the work was terrible. They did not sand, fill nail holes and the paint underneath the existing trim was showing, I could also see brush strokes. They did not remove all the tape from windows and left two large garbage bags of trash in my driveway. Upon speaking with Cody from Durahome and showing him the work, he agreed the work was not good and that he would make things right, he also offered me a discount for the inconvenience. Moving into week 2 of a 2-3 day project, Cody had the crew chief commitment to doing the painting work himself. The quality of the work was a definite improvement but he sprayed versus using a brush on the woodwork. Needless to say, they had already removed the paper, etc. covering my wood floors the week prior and when he sprayed a layer or film was left on my newly refinished hardwood floors as well as furniture. When I contacted Cody to resolve this issue and to come take a look at the problem he told me he was unavailable and could come another day. When I asked if someone else could assist I received no response. As of now I am unsure of how they are going to handle the problem as Cody has not even shown me the respect of calling me.

Excellent job painting stucco and trim. The work crew - Christian and Pedro - were efficient and friendly. They kept me informed of schedule changes due to bouts of rain.

Dean recently painted my home. He was professional, timely, and did a great job. He communicated effectively and touched base on the progress frequently. He made sure that things were tidied up at the end of each day. He also scrapped and repainted two rooms ceilings in my home earlier this year, and he completed the job as good as he did the outside. I will be calling Durahome for my future painting needs.
