Durahome Painting Plus

Durahome removed popcorn ceilings and replaced with knock-down texture in a few of my bedrooms. I rate them an excellent for everything, except the knockdown itself was a little sloppy - just a little more time and effort on the final steps and I would have given them 5's across the board.

Great costumer service. Price was very good, lower than the other quotes that I got by almost half. Fast service.

Pros: Got me on the schedule right away, able to text and call vs showing up in person. On-site workers were very capable and fast. Cons: The amount of carpentry work needed was grossly underestimated by sales person. When older siding was not available they asked me if they could substitute something that would have affected appearance. They came up with a solution that worked but not until I said no to that request. When I went to jobsite it looked like way too much siding had been purchased and no way to return it. After I paid and sent a final text never got any sort of reply to thank me for my business, whatever, to close out transaction.

Very professional, responsive and friendly. And followed up afterwards to make sure was happy with job.

They do a good job but are not very scheduled on when they are going to be here and show up. They just showed up

We needed this job quickly in order to meet an insurance underwriter's deadline, and Durahome did everything they could to get the work done by the deadline. The project manager was very responsive. The workers were thorough and communicative. Every concern we raised was addressed, and the job was done exactly the way we requested. We LOVE the finished product. We and our neighbors think the newly painted house is gorgeous. We will go back to Durahome Painting Plus if we have similar projects in the future, though we anticipate this paint job will last us a long time.

Great follow up. Dura called to see if I was satisfied with the work. Told them I had a few areas that needed touch up and they sent out a crew right away to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend Dura to my friends and neighbors.

The workmen did not speak English and were not proceeding the task of refinishing my deck as was agreed on with the salesperson. After some difficulty reaching management, management indicated they would like the workmen to complete the work in the manor that the workmen wanted to do it. I agreed and the ultimate results were very satisfactory. It was just frustrating because management/salesman led me to believe the job would be executed one way but the workmen wanted to do the job "the way they always do it". The workmen did a very nice job so I am happy with the outcome.

DO NOT HIRE this company if you want a good job done.
