Durahome Painting Plus

House was supposedly power washed, paint was not right color, once house was painted, it seeped into cracks and where paint had been broken off and shows it was clearly not sanded. 9 months later, paint is peeling and cracking all over entire house. Complete waste of money, supposed to have a guarantee for 1 year on work, but owner will not return my calls, only 1 phone number posted everywhere and I have left multiple messages with Todd who will not return my calls

They did a good job at painting my exterior trim. I guess Iâ  m always surprised at how expensive everything costs, so thatâ  s why I rated the value a little lower than everything else. The crew members were polite, and they actually look like they were having fun at their job which was nice to see.

I strongly recommend Durahome Painting Plus. The Durahome crew was very professional. The project supervisor kept us in the loop on all project details before, during and after the job was complete. The crew was very respectful of my property, and made extra effort to work around one specific garden area that was directly beneath a difficult part of the eaves. The paint colors and products they helped me select are perfect and precisely met me and my wife's expectations of quality, coverage and aesthetics.

Agree with Jaklyn: Marvin and his hard-working crew tackled a difficult old house needing lots of scraping and caulk, completing the work within predicted timeframe (given a rain delay). Fascia, soffit, door and window trim look wonderful. It's not quite a new house, but let's say they took about 30 years off of 110. Recommended.

They kept me updated during the whole process, which was great. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. The quality of the work is outstanding. I highly recommend them!

Scheduling and customer service are not something this company is remotely good at. Incorrect information on the ordering of paint to complete a project led to several employees piecing together enough paint to start the project. The outside contractor hired by Durahome was the only thing that saved this project from becoming a real nightmare. If you are looking to hire a reliable company to meet your needs look elsewhere.

They took a deposit and it was six weeks before they painted my house. Every time I contacted them they said that my job would be on the schedule soon, nothing specific. And they use subcontractors for their work. Some of the places to be painted should have been sanded, but because it was not on the work order they did not sand those areas, and they do not look good at all. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

We are happy with the results done by Marvin and his hard working crew. They were on time, kind and courteous. The communication in the company was very good. Concerns I had were dealt with promptly.

We had high expectations and were very pleased that our expectations were met. We had a deadline from the homeowners insurance company and feel confident their requirements were met. The Durahome people were very easy to work with on this project.

Punctual and conscientious

I was satisfied with the painting experience and the work. I did calla them back about some areas they missed, and they responded fine. However, while the painting was being done, the cans were put on my lawn, and I did move them unto my rocks. It seemed like a bad place for active painting cans. This spring there were about five large spots of very dead grass that appeared where the paint cans had been, during the painting. The company refused to make any compensation, and I think it goes beyond minor damage to plants, etc.

Although there were some communication problems with Durahome, the owner contacted me immediately and very satisfactorily resolved all of these issues. The actual work was superb and was done in a timely fashion. All staff were friendly and supportive.
