A few concerns, but handled well. The work was fine.

They were unprofessional. Less than 6 months and paint is already peeling. Sloppy job. Did not clean up after themselves.

Dean M. was the professional who responded for the project for Durahome. He did great work with a tedious job of removing wall-paper and painting the surfaces. He was friendly, helpful, and very tidy [which I really appreciated!] Highly recommend.

After a slight rocky start with communications the guys did show up as promised. Both of the guys were extremely polite and informed me on how long it might take. Thru out the process they kept me up to date and showed me on the progress. Once the the painting was done I was able to see the final product. I was extremely satisfied with their work and I would definitely use the again with more painting projects I have.

I appreciated the immediate response, and I felt like I got a decent value on my painting project. That said, the customer service and responsivenesd declined rapidly once I scheduled the work and paid the down $. My job got pushed out several times, which was very frustrating. In the end, I liked the painting contractor that did the work, but I wouldn’t hire this company again.

Our home looks great after being painted, but all of our windows were painted shut. The contracted painters came back to do touch ups and open the windows, but only did about half of them and then said that the other windows never opened to begin with. We also had issues with cleanup. Durahome painted the house next door to us and had a lot of paint chips come off when they pressure washed. The paint chips washed into our yard as well and we are still trying to clean it up.

The managing contact person was courteous and kept in touch with me. He returned to correct some oversights on the job, but did not get all of them. I could not be there an had left the final payment and signed sheet for him on trust, something I probably wouldn't do again. The work is good enough and I'm relieved that it's finished. The house looks MUCH BETTER, fresh and new!

We had a great experience with Durahome Painting Plus. Our project involved repairing cracks and ice dam damage in a first floor bedroom; applying skim coats to the walls and ceilings; adding picture rail; and finally priming and painting the walls, ceiling and trim. Cody was professional, detail-oriented, and very responsive, as was his painting and plastering crew. They were also very good about covering the floors throughout our house to minimize mess and damage, and they did a great job cleaning up once the project was finished. There were a few minor flaws in the skim coat and paint job but nothing that really required a redo, especially given that they were working with old plaster and trim with many previous layers of paint. This company provides quality service at a fair price - we will definitely use them for future projects and we would recommend them to anyone in need of interior or exterior painting services.

The level of finish detail, and quality was very disappointing. First crew failed to apply top coats thick enough to cover the wood, after 5 days. Second crew took 8 days, to redo the work. They left overspray on the floors, and the gloss finish on the wood work was still not smooth to the touch. The owner never returned to review or confirm the completion of the work. We will have top coat the woodwork again.

They were kind and just wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I will be using them again & will recommend them. They exceeded my expectation!

The project was done and I can say it was finished within the time scheduled. The paint work involved ceilings, closet interiors, and some trim and it was all done with enough quality and thorough cleanup that I am happy with the outcome. It is annoying that there is white dust all over the house but that must be from some minor plaster repair they had done on my request. Durahome was good at communicating and I was able to pay online which is a great capability to offer to customers.

They did more than I expected and the quality of work was great, it was my first time to use Home Advisor, I'll be calling again.
