Sheryl and her Country Maids team are amazing. There is no better feeling than to come home to a house after their services. We have used a number of housekeeping services over the years. Country Maids is by far the best.

The gals were very professional and were hard workers. Everything sparkled when they were done cleaning. We will hire them again - very personable, too!

We have been using Country Maids for over a year. We typically have cleaning every 2 weeks. We also have used Country Maids for special projects.e.g. basement cleaning. We have generally had two people do most of the cleaning at our home. Both have done extraordinarily well. Joey is doing it now and she consistently exceeds our expectations. For example, when she took on a big cleaning job in our basement, she set the things back in a way that made it even better organized than it was when she started the job. She also often has time to do one or two extra small jobs that make a big difference. Our schedules can be very erratic and Sheryl has been very accommodating in ensuring that we're available on the scheduled day of cleaning and is always very flexible when we need to reschedule. I appreciate that this company is owned locally and Sheryl is also very attentive to all of our requests. We have used house cleaning services for 20+ years and have worked with individuals for most of that time. Country Maids has been the first company that was consistently able to meet our needs and we feel that we can trust them.

Country Maids does a great job for a reasonable price. We have them come every other week for basic cleaning. They are in and out in a couple of hours. So nice coming home to a clean house!

I purchased a new home and wanted it to be cleaned thoroughly before moving in furniture. I had two ladies arrive. Everly was absolutely wonderful, and she did a great job on the top floor of the house. No complaints at all! Punctual, extremely thorough, and a very nice person. The second lady (name omitted here) arrived quite late (45 minutes) and did not do a thorough job. I had to clean almost everything again later that day. The only thing I did not have to re-clean were the floors. I was prompted for feedback by the company and gave them my honest opinion. I did not receive a response back and was billed for the full two hours for the two ladies with no consideration to my experience. I have hired another service to do a second cleaning at a different location, and if my feedback had been addressed, I would have happily given Country Maids a second shot. Because of the silence, I hired a different company.

Everything went extremely well. Sheryl quickly responded to my request for service and kept in contact with me from scheduling through completion of work. She was very conscientious about making sure that her staff arrived as planned and that cleaning was done to my satisfaction. Neko arrived on time, brought her own cleaning supplies and equipment, confirmed the areas to be cleaned and tasks to be done. She worked quickly, quietly and efficiently and checked to make sure that the cleaning was done to my satisfaction.

I think they are thorough, honest, and trustworthy. They communicate very well. I think they have been providing service for 9 months.

The cleaners were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and overall great. They were good about communicating, confirming, and just keeping in touch in general. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I knew my house was going to be clean but never, ever expected it to be to this level. It smelled fabulous (light and fresh/clean) and the attention to detail was much more than I asked or expected. On time, equipped, and an outstanding performance.

Fantastic! Sheryl was very easy to work with. She took the time to come out and look at my home and estimate the time it would take for a throughout cleaning. The actual cleaning exceeded my expectations. I don't think my home has ever looked so good. They have earned my ongoing business.

She arrived early and worked hard until our house was clean. This was easily the best experience we have ever had with a maid service. Our house looks wonderful. She even cleaned out our oven and microwave. Thanks Country Maid!
