The cleaning provided is of high quality. They bring their own cleaning equipment and products. We have alot of marble and they have worked with us to provide proper cleaning of those surfaces.

I was delighted to find my home clean and orderly when I returned from my vacation. Destiny did the cleaning, and she always takes such care in draping my throw on my couch, folding towels and pin pointing the toilet paper on the rolls. My place was really clean with no signs of dust or food particles. She removed hair from my bathroom floor. The tub and sinks were sparkling white and clean. I feel lucky to have Destiny and the Country Maids clean my home.

I found Country Maids on Angie's List about 10 months ago and have enjoyed the work approximately once a month since then. Sheryl, the owner, is easy to communicate with and I have the same cleaner each time. She is very hard-working, efficient, and accomodating to my requests.

This is the first time I have ever used a cleaning company. In a nutshell, if you haven't used a cleaning company before I would say this is the company to try. Doug and Sheryl (the owners) are awesome and very professional! Wendy (the maid assigned to our house) listens to what I want and works very hard to make sure that I am happy. Here's what I know for sure....if there is something that you don't like, they will bend over backwords to make sure it's right, if they are going to be even a minute late, they will call and let you know and last but not least, I know that I have found the right cleaning company. Please, give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!

This has been a refreshing change from the many team cleaning crew companies I've used in the past. I'm sure the experience can vary with the particular cleaner that has been assigned to you, but we could not be happier. It's operated by a very pleasant married couple who seem very focused on customer satisfaction. Their cleaner tells us they are the nicest people she's ever worked for, which tells me they probably have a low turnover rate. The only trade-off with this system is that the cleaner spends four to five hours in a large home like ours, rather an hour or two with a cleaning team. It's been worth it for us. The quality has been the finest in our 35 years of experience having our home cleaned and has not diminished over time. They conveniently keep our credit card on file, so we don't even need to write out a check each time. We've been using them since late last year. Biggest fear is that our cleaner will move on some day and we'll need to start over with another one. They seem to provide a wonderful balance between the hassle of finding, training and employing a private individual and the slap dash quality of a cleaning team trying to squeeze in four or five houses in one day. The cleaners receive W-2 forms, are covered by workman's compensation insurance and the company carries general liability insurance if anything is accidentally damaged. It's truly the best of both worlds.

It went well: however I would prefer to actually meet the person that cleans my home weekly. I was hoping that it would be arranged. Normally when I come home from work the person has cleaned and gone.

Country Maids has been trustworthy, on-time and met our expectations for a cleaning service. They try to give you the same cleaning person each time, and during the several months we've worked with them we've had just two cleaners who both did a nice job - I love the cleaner we have now, she's wonderful. I was concerned about being able to trust the people coming into our home, but I immediately felt comfortable with Country Maids. We have a small home and I was initially concerned that cleaning companies would over-charge for our small spaces, but Sheryl came to do a personal estimate which is affordable and covers all the bases for us. There have never been issues with over-spending time or up-charging or anything like that! And if I have special things that need doing a particular visit I let Sheryl know and we just add on another hour or two as needed. Sheryl and Doug (the owners) are very hands-on in running the business and respond to requests and resolve any issues promptly (there have been a couple of errors in billing or scheduling that were easy to fix.) I like that it's a local, family-run company rather than a big national chain. Our cleaner does a great job and pays attention to the details - somehow she does more in a few hours than I could do in a day! I'm often home when she's working and she's very sweet, personable yet totally stays on task. We are on a regular monthly service rotation and will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

It's a reasonable price, good service, they are punctual and trustworthy.

First, the owner came to our house to provide estimate of cleaning. This was very fast. They showed up in just few hours after my phone call. The estimate was given on the spot and the cleaning was scheduled next day or so. The cleaning person arrive right on time and did the job very well. It took a little more time than estimated, but they did not charge us more. We paid the same amount estimated earlier.

Every experience I had with Country Maids was fantastic! I really appreciated that they came to my home to give me an estimate and walk through my priorities. They customize service based on this walk-through and I was able to tell them where I wanted them to focus their efforts. On the day of the cleaning, the staff arrived on time and confirmed what I wanted done. They were extremely personable and chatty instantly making me feel comfortable about what I was requesting of them and making me comfortable with having them in my home while I was away. When I came back, the house absolutely did sparkle. They cleaned things that I hadn't even realized were less than sparkling and they did it in the amount of time they had estimated. It looks great and I recommend this experience to everyone - whether just looking for a one-time clean or ongoing service.

We we not happy with the person initially assigned to clean our home, particularly considering a slightly higher priced initial cleaning which was a common practice for all the companies we spoke with. The office was very apologetic and did all they could to make us happy, eventually assigning us a different cleaner. That did the trick and we've been happy ever since. The "B" rating for quality reflects the varying level between the two cleaners we've had. Our current cleaner is probably an "A," our first one wasn't. One note on expectations though, a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning is not a deep cleaning. They won't pull heavy furniture away from the walls or clean under the refrigerator unless you specifically negotiate that as part of the service. As long as you have reasonable expectations about what a regular cleaning will cover, Country Maids will do everything they can to satisfy you.

I e-mailed the company through Angie's List and received a professional, prompt reply from Sheryl. She listened courteously as I described what I was looking for (a good cleaning on an apartment that had recently been moved out of by a tenant), told me their rates and let me know when they were available. Their prices seemed a little high but still competitive, and they were available VERY quickly, so I booked an appointment. Amy arrived promptly. She listened to what I wanted and set about working on her tasks. I was worried because she seemed to have only a few limited tools with her but she did a great job on the bathroom, although taking a break for a lengthy phone call (15 minutes or so) while working on it. She was moving on to the kitchen when I had to leave to run a brief errand. When I returned about an hour and a half later, she was still working on the kitchen. Since the stove was VERY dirty, I didn't think much of it. I had to leave for work, but we chatted before I left. I told her I was on a limited budget (I swept the whole apartment thoroughly before leaving, to save Amy some time and myself some cash) and was hoping she'd be done within 5 hours; however, she told me not to come back until she had been there 7 hours. This was more than I wanted to spend, but I was not assertive and figured she'd do such a bang-up job I'd be thrilled; she was the expert, after all. My husband stopped by and commented later that she was working "slowly" - but he's not much of a cleaner, so again I didn't think much of it. When I returned at the time I said, Amy was finishing up the floor. The apartment looked much better, with very little odor of any kind. Amy was almost done so we chatted a bit more. I asked what she was using on the floor since I couldn't smell it. She said she was mostly just using warm water on the (very dirty) floors. She said she was slowed down a lot because she had to keep changing the water. One room's floors had been done twice and looked great. However, the floor in the living room had large smears on it and clearly was going to need to be done again. In the end, she finished about 15 minutes early, without re-doing the smeared floor. In spite of leaving 15 minutes early, she charged me for a full 7 hours - even with the lengthy phone call. Overall, Amy did a good (not amazing)job, and I am grateful for the work she did. However, I thought she did work a bit slow and charged me for 30 minutes longer than she should have. When I called the office to get an invoice (which was easy) I found out there was an additional charge for tax I had to pay to get my invoice, which was frustrating. I didn't complain to the company because the apartment was fairly dirty, but I'd think twice before I hired this cleaning company again for this job. Since the entire apartment was empty, and I pre-swept, it seemed the job should have been capable of being completed within the time frame I had. Amy came with limited cleaner and rags, no gloves, no dust pan and no step stool for high areas - so she didn't clean anything above what she could reach, and as far as I can tell, no cleaner on the floors. Country Maids does seem to be a great company and I think they'd do great on a standard home. But move-outs don't seem to be their specialty and I would have a very clear budget and list of items to be done in mind before I let anyone get started on a project again. Some of the problems I had probably could have been fixed with me being more assertive, so I would definitely encourage that!

They have been doing a great job. They are five stars across the board. I will continue using them in the future.

Country Maids is our fourth house cleaning service we have used at this house: We have had to let go two independent cleaning ladies (one for drinking on the job and not showing up several times, the other for excessive chattiness/snoopiness), plus we fired Merry Maids after a few months due to poor performance. We have been delighted with Country Maids. Sheryl was very responsive to our request for an estimate, and has kept us in the loop with personnel changes (which have been relatively infrequent) or special circumstances like a work team needing to arrive earlier or later than usual due to a holiday. The cleaners have been thorough and friendly, but not intrusive. They are very patient with our golden retriever and our two young children. I am a stay-at-home mom, so sometimes we are there for part of the cleaning, which is no problem. Our house is CLEAN when they leave (not a given, I've learned from experience)! I chose a service rather than an individual cleaner so they could be in and out in 2 1/2 hours instead of one person cleaning for 5 hours. They bring their own cleaning products and supplies, except they use our central vac system (at our request; they also have their own vacuum cleaners if needed). In general, their prices seem on the medium-high side, but it is worth it to us to have a clean house!

I hired country maids to clean my home after moving out all my belongings. I was at my home still finishing up on things so I was able to see how they worked. The first staff showed up on time and the other was 25 minutes late. The second staff did stay late to complete her four hours of work. They cleaned my 2500+ sqf home from top to bottom and were good at taking direction. Good company for move out situations. I would hire again.

I'm extremely pleased with Sheila of Country Maids. She is courteous, detailed, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. She goes above and beyond my expectations each and every time. Sheryl (the owner) has also been more than understanding with us when we've had to reschedule cleanings mulitple times last-minute which I greatly appreciate.

The experience has been good. They have always done good work. They don't necessarily do it the way I would, but they to a good job. They are very available.

The experience with them has been very good. They show up on time to do the work and they are courteous as well. I will continue to use them in the future; we have an ongoing contract with them for cleaning every two weeks.

It was a bit painful. They seemed to have difficulty keeping their cleaning staff, so I was never sure who might be coming to clean. When I started staying home while they were cleaning, I discovered they were cleaning for 2 hours and charging me for 3 hours. When I contacted the company, they did not change their practice of over charging. The cleaning service greatly depended on the person doing the cleaning. Consistent results were not expected.

The cleaning girl was a bit late but that was okay because I was late, too. She was friendly and listened to what I had to say and asked the appropriate questions. I gave her my cell number and told her that if she should need to go over our pre-arranged cleaning time please do call. She went over by 1/2 hour as she and I had both expected and she did call me when she was finished. She let me know what she did and what could not be done. She went immediately to work cleaning and was busy when I left; impressive (she was young)! I was not able to get to the house to check on the cleaning; I was busy with the moving crew. My husband was in the house first; he called me to say, "This house smells so clean it is a bit frightening." I laughed and said, "That is good." When I did get to the home later that day; the house was clean and I felt better about putting my things away in a nice clean house! Let me also say here that Country Maids was very flexible; our house closing took longer than expected. Country Maids was able to move their schedule to accommodate mine. I was suppose to close at 2:00pm on a Thursday; I was there until after 6:00PM. Country Maids was able to reschedule for Friday morning without difficulty. I think that the price was very fair; I have a 3000 sq. ft. house.

I am forever grateful to Country Maids as I had house guests arriving, construction finishing, and a lot of dust and dirty floors. I called in desperation, and lucky for me, due to a recent cancellation by another client, I was able to have the service available the next afternoon, just before arriving guests! After a bit of a late start due to being lost, Sheila did a fast and thorough job of cleaning. In four hours she had the work done, and done well. I will recommend this company to friends, and will definitely hire them again when need arises. THANK YOU!

My first experience with Country Maids was disappointing, however, Sheryl followed up and upon hearing that I wasn't completely satisfied offered a discounted service for trying Country Maids again. The second cleaning was better but what made this experience outstanding was Sheryl's thorough follow up. She seems genuinely concerned that all her customers be completely happy with their services. Sheryl and her team are willing to go to the extra mile to ensure satisfaction which makes them outstanding.

I submitted a report dated December 1 that said Sheryl had not corrected some mischarges. She followed up to apologize and has now corrected the charges. She also contacted me a week in advance of the latest cleaning to confirm. The employee was a little late for the visit and Sheryl also called to let me know that she was still coming and would be there shortly. I was happy with this follow up!
