It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. It was average; it wasn't anything spectacular about it. He did his job. There wasn't anything bad; it was good. I only had to pay the additional taxes. He was very personable. He was in and out pretty quick. It was a cold winter day and he cleaned it from the inside. It seemed just fine. We haven't had any trouble with it. I would probably use them again.

Nick gave us a call to give us a 10 minute heads up that he was coming. He was right on time. He explained what he was going to do and then got to work. He worked efficiently and pointed out areas where it might be best for us to change vents or perform service in the future. He showed us the stuff that was coming out of the vents and we were very, very happy that we were having this service done. I could not believe how disgusting it all was. We will definitely use Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning again in the future.

Was careful not to track snow or mud into the house. Cleaned up after sweeping the chimneys. Provided recommendations on chimney maintenance. Will definitely use this company again.

After a bit of a scheduling problem, technician did a nice job of explaining and cleaning the chimney from the inside, but cleaned as he went and cleaned up well when he was done. He also answered my questions about the flue damper and said it was in good condition. The only down side was after 6 or so fires, the damper quit closing properly and found one side the wire used as a hinge had come loose. I called them to see if they could do a repair on it and they said they don't do repairs, which I understand.

They responded to my request for short notice service and arrived right on time. The cleaner, Jim, was courteous, efficient, and cleaned up very well afterward.

The first appointment got rescheduled because there was a miscommunication between the tech and the home office. That meant that the cleaning got put off by a week and a half. That was frustrating. They were professional. They broke something and offered to pay for it. Overall though, we were happy with their products and services.

We were upsold dryer vent cleaning and chimney cleaning, all quite reasonably priced. The work was done well, and the gentleman who came to our house was very informative.

They were very professional, cleaned up well, explained what they were doing and gave suggestions to consider for the future. They were not pushy at all and did a great job. We will definetely be calling them next time our chimney needs cleaning or work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Everything was fine. They were in, they cleaned it well, they cleaned up their mess, and it was good.

When I called to schedule an appointment, I had already bought the clean one chimney for $100 deal they ran in December. They asked if I had just the one and I said that I did have another one that could wait, since we rarely use that fireplace. Well, they gave me a $50 price for the second chimney, which I couldn't say no to. When the representative showed up to do the work, he just asked me to show him where the chimneys were, and to work he went. He put down plastic so as not to dirty our carpets, and he even worked around our two dogs, which I had trouble getting outside (they love company). The whole thing took about 45 minutes. And Yes, I would call them again .

We had an appt between 1-2pm. Jim called a little after noon and said he was ahead of schedule. He asked permission to come a little early if our schedule allowed. He was clean, friendly, efficient and gave some great fireplace advice. One of the nicest guys I have met in a while.

We are very pleased with this company. When Jim arrived, he started to set up and when he looked at the furnace he knew he would be unable to complete the job because he would have needed to take part of the furnace apart and he (and his company) are not certified to do that. He said there would be no charge, after which we spoke to Dane at Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning, Inc. and he asked us to request a refund through Angie's List.

I asked for the company to clean the fireplace but added on a furnace check as well. The service was very good. The individual was knowledgeable and provided me with useful information.

The service man was 15 minutes late only because of confusion about our address. To his credit, he called and let us know he was going to be a little late. He was excellent, with good advice and suggestions. He performed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I would absolutely use Twin Cities Furnace again.

The work was questionable because I found a lot of dirt in my living and dining room after they finished, meaning they moved dirt around, but not sure they removed it all. The team was apologetic and professional about the chimney cleaning situation. Nice guys, but that doesn't get the job done.

The chimney sweeping seemed to go well, but I was very surprised when the service provider asked me to pay him sales tax on my $100 voucher after finishing the job. There was nothing on the voucher to indicate the offer was not all-inclusive.

They did a fantastic job. They were prompt and professional. Provided recommendations on using the fireplace most efficiently. Job done was great and very cost effective. Nice job! Would definitely use them again in the future.
