Excellent job! I was very impressed with how clean he made the whole process. He also explained to me how the fireplace in our new home worked and told us ways we could use it to heat our home in the winter. He was very thorough and wasn't pushy at all. Thanks for a great job!

Our sweep was a great guy. It was a terrible winter weather day and he still showed up nearly on time and did a great job. Also, he gave us some tips on flu repair.

Gentleman that did the work was very nice and offered suggestions on how to avoid lint accumulating in vent. I was very happy with the results.

That service turned out fine. They were clean and scheduling was just fine; they contacted us right away. The tech who came out was very polite and did an efficient job. I did wonder if it is industry practice to use a camera to do the inspection, because they did not do that.

That service turned out well. He came out and cleaned the chimney. He cleaned up well after himself too. He stayed for about 30 minutes.

Service was fine but.... the company tried to add on additional services such as cleaning all my air ducts and servicing my furnace/boiler.

Scam alert! Prepaid for a chimney sweep and inspection. Was told "they don't do inspections" when the guy showed up to perform the job. Called to inquire after he left with the guy who scheduled the job and was told it did include an inspection. When I said one was not done, he suggested it was my fault. "Perhaps you rubbed the guy the wrong way". I asked if this was my fault And he said I was rubbing him the wrong way and hung up on me. Never been spoken to so rudely by any business in my 34 years. Avoid these guys at all costs

That turned out good. It was easy to scheduling too. I had him come out and he also did some additional work the same day. There was some more charges and it totaled out to be $200. I did everything that he suggested. He did my Dryer Vents as well as my regular Air Vents.

Contractor very pleasant, easy to schedule and arrived on time. He was not able to clean the type of chimney we had in the time allowed.

Dryer Vent - After the service was performed, Nick showed me how to clean lint below the dryer by opening the housing underneah the machine. I appreciated this extra courtesy he displayed. Air Ducts - Nick and his partner did a nice job of doing this job efficiently and were able to get to all of the vent openings. He showed me how to look for buildup of dust and also recommended how often this service should be performed. I appreciate his honesty in this area. Furnace - Shortly after both gentelemen left, my furnace went out. I called the company to see if they could come back and take a look at it for me (to see if something they did). They came over after their shift around 6PM and they realized that an issue had devloped not relating to the service they performed. They took it upon themselves to call some vendors in the area as well as the company who last maintained the furnace. This was a cold Saturday night and I really appreciate these guys coming back to see if they could help out. They did not charge me at all. Nick even called me afterwards to see if everything was OK. I really appreciate their professionalism and concern for my situation. Hats off to Nick and his partner (can't remember his name). Classy job boys.

Everything was really good. He was very nice, professional, quick and actually explained what he was doing. No complaints at all and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It was okay. They just cleaned the chimney and there was nothing splendid. They are a pretty decent company and did a good job although it was not much...it was just my chimney.

They were wonderful. They were just very personable and knowledgeable about keeping the chimney clean.

As far as we knew, it went fine. We were told that the fireplace was clean and safe to operate. We've learned since that it very much IS NOT clean or safe to operate. The first time we used the fireplace (moved into the house in early November 2013 and neither of us had lived in a house with a fireplace), we got quite a bit of smoke in the house. We thought that we had too much wood in the fireplace so used two logs instead of 4 next time. Still smoke in the house. Back to the drawing board. We've since had two other companies come out to inspect the chimney--both are certified chimney sweeps by the Chimney Safety Institute of America. Both companies have told us that the chimney flu is not only VERY dirty--after "being cleaned" by Twin City Furnace Cleaning-but it's riddled with large cracks in the chimney tiles and the fireplace is not at all safe to use. Note to self, have certified professional inspect a chimney before buying the house. We take responsibility for not doing our due diligence before buying the house but it is absolutely irresponsible, unforgivable and border line criminal for Twin City Furnace Cleaning to have told us the chimney was clean (it's still full of fluffy soot) and safe to use. There were numerous large cracks in the tile easily visible to the eye but just looking up the flu. I would not ever recommend this company for any sort of work.

He was knowledgeable and seemed like he knew what he was doing. I called to place the order on 12-19 and they were able to come out 1-2-14. One technician came out for the service and completed the dryer vent cleaning in an hour. I did have to call them back to reset a plug. They came out back promptly and I didn’t have to pay for the extra trip.

They scheduled in a timely manner and showed up on time. They did a great job. They notified me beforehand to let me know it would be a few extra dollars because of taxes.

Very prompt, professional and responsive. Along with sweeping the chimney, he advised me to clean out the ash (his company doesn't perform that service) and told me the best way to go about it.

We discussed what they'd be doing. The provider check things over and let me know how everything looked before starting the cleaning. Once the chimney was done, the crew cleaned everything up very well.
