The team came in with the brushes, vacuum cleaner and other tools. There was a considerable amount of ash dust produced during the process. I really wish they would have used either a hood or tent around the fireplace opening to minimize that dust that had proliferated throughout the entire room. They seemed more interested in asking about additional exhaust chimneys and the dryer vent for additional charges they could tack on to the service visit. As it was, I ended up paying an additional $71 for cleaning the dryer vent.

Purchased a deal for $69 for a dryer vent cleaning because the venting system leading out from the dryer had never been cleaned out and it looked like a task to pull the dryer out from the wall and unattach/reattach the venting, not to mention concerns about it coming out of the insulation. Technician just drilled a small hole in the tubing and inserted a hose to blow out the tubing. Then he patched it with aluminum tape and also taped another place where the tubing came together to stabilize it. Probably should have been done that way originally. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes and I believe he probably also cleared out the venting in the dryer. Left me with some grit on the floor of the basement. I don't know if it was worth it or not. I did it for safety and was also hoping to make my dryer more efficient but I don't notice any improvement. At the time I made the call, they asked me if I wanted to add any additional services such as furnace clean/inspection and/or duct cleaning. Technician was punctual and obliging. He would have done my furnace on the spot if I had asked him to.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List, and it was very easy to get the appointment set up. The person who I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, and the technician who came to clean our chimney was very friendly also. The technician seemed to do a very thorough job and provided us with information on how long it would be before we should get our chimney cleaned again.

Such a dream crew! Offered advice on questions I had. Also, needed the dryer vent claned and they found a substantial amout of lint in the vents. So glad they came. I would certainly recommend them.

WOW! What a great company, I am very impressed. I desperately needed to get my furnace, ducts, clothes dryer, water heater, flue serviced and spent several hours researching different companies. I am so happy and pleased that I went with Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning and here's why: 1) When I made the appointment, the scheduler was accommodating , professional, and attitude-free. 2) The men working on my house called in advance of my appointment to say they were running early and to make sure it was okay with me. I was so happy about this as we are all so extremely busy with our work/personal lives and it was so nice to have work performed early/on time. 3) They were polite, professional, courteous, and personable (plus they were dog friendly). 4) They walked me through what they were going to do and helped me in my decision making. 5) After cleaning everything, I got to see the results and all I can say is WOW, getting this service done is worth every penny. I can?t believe I was living and breathing in so much filth. 6) Twin Cities beat the competitor price quotes by a couple hundred dollars, but did not sacrifice one bit of quality.

The two servicemen that arrived were very professional and friendly. They were aware of keeping their equipment off my floors and walls and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. Great experience and will use them again!

They called when they were on their way, and showed up right when they said they would. It was a 2 man crew, and they were both very friendly. We had all 5 of us at home (3 children under 3) and they coordinated with us while we moved kids around so they could clean out the vents. They were careful to move furniture out of the way to access vents. They put tarps down to keep the carpet to the basement clean, and offered additional services to ensure our vents stayed clean (furnace cleaning was much needed)

It turned out just fine, just as expected. Everything went smooth. They actually needed to postpone the first day's appointment, because they were backed up. So it was done a couple of days later and they apologized for the delay, but it worked out fine. Two guys arrived and they were done in less than an hour. They added tax to the big deal amount, so it was like $75. I thought that the whole thing was tax included. So I was a bit surprised when I had the add-on tax, I was about to go back and look at the website. I would advice others to probably oversee them. I wasn't able to be down there the whole time to make sure that what they did was what I expected.

They came a little early which was a nice change. Sometimes companies give you a window and you are lucky if they show uo witin that window. Crew was good. Professional., and cleaned up after. We had been getting a lot of dust and with what they found in the flue - this can only help. Would not hesitate to call them again.

after I signed up on line, I was called back within 2 hours to set up appt. The day of appt. they called about 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were coming. Two men came, one worked inside and cleaned out the lint inside the dryer and then blowing the vent clean from the dryer end. The other man worked outside sending his hose into the vent to blow it out. As he pulled the hose out I was amazed how much lint came out of the vent. Total time was about 30-35 minutes.

The guys were right on time. Very friendly and courteous. Came in and explained what they were going to do and went right to work. After they were done showed me the furnace filter and all the stuff that was cleaned out of the ducts. Great job!! I am very happy with the results. I would use their service in the future.

We had a great experience. He arrived on time and took the care to not leave a mess in our home. As well, he answered our questions. Turns out, the chimney was relatively clean but we were having drafting problems.

The 2 guys that worked at our house were prompt and professional. They offered several tips and educated me about our fireplaces and chimneys while they were working. I really appreciated their tips.

They sent two guys out. They completed the cleaning in about 15 minutes. They were very quick and professional. The price was worth it because it's winter time and they did such a thorough and good job.
