Nick did a great job of looking over the entire HVAC system to make sure he understood the best places to access for cleaning and to ensure he didn't miss anything. He also explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He was very careful in bringing in the equipment and placed drop clothes for all the hoses, etc. He thoroughly cleaned every duct, supply and return line, then cleaned to filter area before he returned putting everything back into place. Great job!

The technician was polite and on-time. Upon inspection, my ducts needed a heavy duty cleaning. The extra cleaning would cost extra but considering the ducts had never been cleaned, I was happy to upgrade the cleaning. With the coupon from Angie's List I used, the technician was able to make the final price suprisingly comfortable. The work was neatly done and no mess was left behind and everything was returned to its proper place.

They came out immediately to complete the service. They were great guys but my chimney box is a different shape so their equipment was unable to bend to do the sweep. I wish they could of done the work for me because they were fast, efficient and I could tell they felt bad they were not able to provide the service.

They came when they said they would. They did a nice job. I had no complaints with the service.

It was fine. They did not do a deep cleaning of vents, it was more of just a vacumning. When I asked about the deep cleaning, they said it was not covered in the coupon.

It went well. They were efficient in cleaning. They were in and out in about forty minutes, which was faster than I thought it was going to be. The person showed up on time. He took good care of the area around the chimney that was being cleaned. We have something in the chimney called a simulator and I have never seen it before, so he showed me how to operate it which was nice. There were no surprises. I got back a clean chimney, I had a good conversation with the person on what he found, what he found was the new chimney, and there was nothing for me to clean up afterwards. It was a good price. They did a lot of work for $89, so it was worthwhile.

I had had a bad experience with a prior company that we had come out previously, so I had a lot of questions when I called to book the appointment. Lisa walked me through all of my questions and was so friendly. They were out within the week and did an awesome job and explained everything thoroughly including my questions about filters. I have already recommended them to friends and will have them out for all future cleanings!

They did a good job. The inspection showed there were no repairs needed. They gave me some recommendations about some things I might want to do down the road. The guy that did it was very personable and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. It was a good experience.

They were extremely professional helpful and efficient. The clearly knew what they were doing and were very helpful in vacating our home of the extreme amount of cat hair and dust clogging up our ducts that had been left by the previous owners. Very helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner of the company got my appointment set up quickly. He said that as long as they were coming out, they?d be happy to ?give me a deal? on some of the other services they provide (like duct cleaning) so I purchased that as well. Their service guy came out and performed the work, but he was not in any identifiable truck/van so that seemed a little weird. He also said that normally he had another guy with him that did the chimney sweeping, but that guy hadn?t gotten to work on time that day so he?d had to leave without him (younger kid he was trying to teach about punctuality). That meant he had to perform both services himself at our house, which he said wasn?t how it usually worked. He was a very friendly guy and I enjoyed talking to him while he cleaned our duct work, but he also seemed to notice and comment on all kinds of things IN my house (e.g., art work, and other ?nice? items in the house, etc.) which made me feel a little like he was casing the joint, but he could have been just an attentive guy. After he cleaned the ducts, he went about cleaning my chimney but I don?t think that was his ?regular gig? as he couldn?t get the sweep up the chimney and stopped only part way up. I said I didn?t think he was to the top of the chimney given the number of feet on the handle that hadn?t disappeared into the chimney. He tried again ? and this time he went all the way to the top of the chimney (two 3? sections further than where he was originally going to stop) and worked to get some more soot out of the chimney. However, when he was trying to remove the brush from the chimney ? he couldn?t get it out ? ended up really cranking on it. That seemed weird too ? but then I?ve never swept a chimney. He also didn?t wear any gloves while he did the sweeping so his hands were covered with soot ? and as he left he had to touch our door knob to get out. I tipped the guy, because he was very helpful in explaining the process of HOW he was cleaning the ducts and why he was doing what he was doing, and I enjoyed chatting with him while he did that work ? but his chimney sweeping was not stellar ? he might be the first to admit that the other guy who didn?t come along that day could have done it better. But in hindsight (and I only realize this now as I write this), that is the reason I hired them in the first place! L

Arrived on time and got right to work. Was polite and professional. Did the job, explained what was done, explained future maintenance needs. Would recommend.

My experience with them was fine. They have a good price and did a good job. They got me involved in the job in terms of what we were doing and what needs to be done. They found something and told me that it was a $100 part and they took care of it.

I bought an $89 deal for a chimney cleaning and safety inspection. I had just moved into my new house and the previous owner had not used the fire place in 10+ years so I wanted to have it checked out before making a fire. The service men arrived on time, and come to find, the chimney was in excellent condition, especially for a home built in 1916. They guys were professional and friendly. They cleaned everything up nicely. I will use Twin City Furnace cleaner in the future.

Technician did an excellent job. We had another company come twice in previous years. It is now apparent this previous company was substandard and didn't really clean our ducts. I have recently found out this company is no longer in business. Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning did a wonderful job for us. It was embarrassing how much debris came out of our ducts. The technician had my husband and I go down stairs so he could walk us through what he was doing. Very informative. I will recommend Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning to anyone. Were a little late getting there, but once they were here they were in and out in about an hour (2 person team) so they made up for it. They also helped me troubleshoot my air cleaner and humidifier. Nice guys, did a good job!

They've been really good. I like their customer service because whenever I call them, they're really pleasant. The rep that came out a couple of times was really good and knowledgeable. The discount we got was good.

It went okay. They came and did everything fine. That company was a little confused that when I bought the big deal, I paid for it. He was trying to get us to pay for it. They didn't understand the process. I went to the Angie's List site to figure it out. It was a little bit of a hassle. Their work was fine. We have a lot of fire in the fireplace now. They were pretty responsive. I might try somebody different because of the issue. If they were the last company, I would use them.

This went fine. I wasn't sure how much inspection was really done as I didn't get any report about what they saw. There was one guy and he was very nice and did a professional job at cleaning, but I just didn't get any inspection report.

They were excellent. I couldn't use the Big Deal I purchased (because of how my a/c system is set up) but he did dryer vent cleaning for me. He was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful.

I previously scheduled fireplace cleaning with this company using a Groupon. Scheduling was easy; they're very reponsive by phone. Staff showed up on time, were personable and friendly, low-key, and answered my questions while explaining what they'd be doing. They were even kind to my overly-friendly cat, who thought he should "help" them! At the time of the cleaning, they suggested I get caps for my chimney and furnace flue, but didn't pressure me into it, and they gave me a very reasonable quote that included a "prior customer" discount, with options for me to purchase the caps and them to install, or for them to do the whole thing (I chose the latter.) Rescheduling for the cap install was easy too, and staff was polite on the phone. They were able to do the cap install (on my roof) without me being there (I paid after the fact), which was super convenient. Overall, a great experience with this company; I'd definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Very clean and done on time

Scheduled by phone within two days (after I was delayed in responding to their initial inquiry about scheduling). On the day of the appointment, two technicians showed up a half-hour into my appointment window, and were done with the dryer vent cleaning (inside the dryer, and the vent pipe that runs out through the wall) in about 15 minutes. Explained what they had found, and what other services they offered, and were on their way. Very positive, easy experience.

They contacted me immediately after I purchased the deal to set up the appointment. They arrived on time and I was so pleased that they were willing to work around my schedule and come on a Saturday. They got right to work cleaning out the chimney, and boy, did it need it! They were very efficient and pleasant and didn't leave a speck of soot behind. A job well done!
