The service was good. I have used their services twice. I make sure to do the service annually so I do not have a chimney fire. He goes up onto the roof to inspect the chimney. He is a nice guy who is willing to come out on the weekend for the inspection. He also checked my dryer vent, I was impressed that he did not charge me for the extra inspection.

On time, called before, went beyond required work and also cleaned out my air conditioner unit.

After he left, I noticed scrap left on the floor. Very nice guy but unprofessional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty well as expected. My experience was good. It was loud. They wore ear plugs as they went around and it actually makes big air compressor and boiler sounds. It was good.

Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning did a great job. This was a rental property turn where timing was very important. They arrived on time, even worked around other contractorswho were working in the home, and got everything cleaned in a timely manner. Older homes are often more difficult to clean, and I was impressed with how thorough they were. We have used them for previous jobs. Great service and price. We will use again.

We bought the $99 duct cleaning offer plus a dryer vent cleaning and furnace cleaning for an extra $49.99 each (special price) and had them come out. We talked about some of their other offers for $49.99 like A/C and furnace checks. Opted for the furnace check at the time of service. They were right on time, went through the entire process gave me visual checks during the entire process and talked about some other things they found. No hard sell for extra services, but opted for the A/C cleaning. Pleased with the results, two man crew (on Thursdays) went quickly, clean and had no problems. Would use again and referred once already.

The tech, Nick, was awesome! He called in advance to give me time to get home, he arrived on time and he was friendly and professional. The thing that surprised me is just how clean and tidy he was. I was concerned that the soot would be all over the place and there wasn't a speck left behind. Nothing left the fireplace and he left everything in exactly the same state as he found it. Actually, better! I would use this technician and this company again.

Nick, with Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning, arrived at the time scheduled and was very courteous and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and went ahead and completed the job. We had initially scheduled duct cleaning only at a cost of $99.00, but then decided to have the furnace cleaned also for an additional cost of $49.00. We later had them return to clean our air conditioner as well. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction and Nick was very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use this company again.

Seemed to go well. I had to pay an additional $50 because my home is greater than 2500 square feet. The dryer and air exchange unit were add on charges for an additional $50 each but well worth it. The technician was very thorough and took the time to explain what was needed to do to maintain the air exchange unit. This was new to me because my previous home did not have one.

These guys provided the exact service I needed at a reasonable price. They were friendly, professional, and very nice to work with. My house was up for sale and getting my ducts cleaned was a request of the buyer shortly before closing so I had a small window of time to get this done - they scheduled me very quickly. We scheduled during the workday so I left my office to get home and let them in - they were very respectful of this fact which I really appreciated - probably the most efficient service provider I have ever hired - they were in the door and working seconds later and didn't dawdle a bit. One of my ducts (unbeknownst to be) was filled with insulation so when they blew into it, a bunch of insulation came billowing out - though cleaning up that mess was above and beyond the service I would have expected, they cleaned every little bit of it up without complaint. The two guys were very friendly, did a nice job, and I would definitely hire them again.

Communicated well, arrived punctually, performed a quality service without issue. Although not scheduled, the technician was able to clean the furnace while on-site. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely concerned that a quality service was provided.

All done competently and quickly. A hassle-free experience. I give a B on quality only for the duct cleaning, which is done using compressed air. I've had the ducts cleaned with brushes, and it works better. Compressed air is decent, faster and cheaper, but the results aren't quite as good.

They did a pretty good job. The guy that came out was really friendly and he did a pretty good job.

Dane came promptly at the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to complete the job. He spread a cloth around the area to prevent any soot from getting on to the carpet or other items in the vicinity. He was very polite and professional in his work and dealings.

Tech called at 8am and was at our house within 15 minutes. Found that went on dryer had come lose and did tape it securely back together.

The service provider was very responsive to scheduling the Big Deal. The service provider was very straight-forward when they arrived that they could not accomplish the job (because of our furnace configuration). They were great. I appreciated the honesty.

In talking to Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning over the phone, it sounded like they would be able to perform the service, but that they would need slightly different equipment that what is normally used. When the technician arrived, he said he would be unable to perform the service, specifically because he did. It have the right equipment, but no effort was made to reschedule the appointment when he would be able to get the correct equipment.

Great service - professional and cleaned up when the left. Would recommend and use.

I bought the deal, they came out and figured out their equipment couldn't fit up our chimney. End of story. They were professional, prompt and nice. Went fine. I forgot when I signed up for Angie's Deal ($99) duct cleaning that the air exchanger would not be part of the package. The men were professional and offered to clean and service the air exchanger (Van-E) for an additional fee. I agreed. They performed the cleaning I paid for and were on their way within a couple hours.

They showed up as scheduled and cleaned the ducts. However, they did call after providing the service to collect sales tax. I'm not sure why this wasn't included in the payment I made through Angie's list.

Great service ... great Technician ... very pleased!
