My experience was good. They were prompt and professional. There was one person here doing the work and it took about an hour and a half to complete. Scheduling the appointment was good.

Pros- provider was on time, did what they were scheduled to do, took less time than estimated, was polite and considerate. Cons- our duct work is older and is not air tight so when the ducts were cleaned debris from the ducts was blown out of the ducts and on to the floor and storage items in my basement. This debris was not cleaned up by the provider and I had to vacuum after they left. The main floor of my home was clean following the service and so was the area around the furnace, but not the rest of the unfinished side of my basement which is what I had to vacuum.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for air duct cleaning for $99 on June 16. I called the same day of the purchase to set up an appointment. I selected an appointment on July 16 and was given a timeframe of 8-10 am for arrival. The provider arrived right at 8am and the job was completed in less than an hour. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. This was the first time we've had the air ducts cleaned since we moved into our 1952 home 2.5 year ago. I am not sure when the last time the ducts were cleaned, but we noticed an immediate difference. The air flow on the second floor of our two-story home was noticeable right away, and since then we've noticed that the second floor remains approximately 2 degrees cooler than it was prior to the cleaning. My husband has moderate allergies and I've noticed his symptoms have reduced since the cleaning as well. Some of that may be due to the change in season of course, but I suspect the duct cleaning had something to do with it as well.

We initially paid $99 to have the tech come out and clean our ducts. But when he got here and he took a look at the duct work. He said that it looks like it has been about 15 years since it had been done before. He did upsell to the best cleaning. We decided to go with that because we knew the previous owners had done a lot of construction and we knew the air was not flowing well, it really needs the works. We loved that the tech (Ben) told us everything and answered all our questions. I liked that he didn't upsell to the premium level until he looked and saw it really needed it. I like how honest he was. When he was done cleaning the ducts. He showed me the filter and just a small portion of what was in the duct work. WOW. Was it awful. Ben even went to every room to see if airflow was better after his cleaning. It was SO much better. We are now getting even airflow in every room of the house. Ben even found a problem that we have and we had no idea we had it. We need a return air vent in our main living area. When previous construction was done, there wasn't one put back in so the cold or hot air was staying in the furnace room. It was so nice that he saw this and now we can get it fixed before winter and have a comfy home. It was a real pleasure working with Ben. We are 100% satisfied

Showed up on time, called before he came. Started right away. Added furnace cleaning while he was there. Gave good advise when I need to replace furnace.

Not only was the technician punctual, he was actually able to come a little early. He was nice, professional, personable and paid very close attention to details. I was very impressed and will definitely use these guys again for all my non-warranty ac/heating needs.

I contacted the SP and they came out to look at the job and then notified me they would not be able to perform the service at my home. With this being said, I would like my money back on this deal since I cannot use this Big Deal at all. They did not actually perform any services at all.

It was really great. He did a super great job! He was very courteous, he pulled everything out of the ducts around the house and cleaned all of the furnaces. Hats off to this guy!

It was good. I only paid for what we originally paid. We are in middle of painting our house and they actually got here. They couldn't the work so they to come back and they didn't charge us anything for returning. They seem to be very flexible.
