It was good. Scheduling was challenging. They were on time and quick. I had to pay tax as well. But later I found better deals. I would use them again if they had better pricing.

While cleaning the air ducts they found that of the two heaters in the house, one of them had never been cleaned before, so they cleaned that one as well. They also found out why the air conditioning doesn't get that cold: it's not because it's old, it's because there is no coolant in the unit anymore. So that was a surprise, but now we know. Thanks

Every thing went great. It was easy to schedule and Kris arrived on time, was friendly and thorough . We had recently finished the basement of our 1914 home and we had sheet rock dust every where so we knew the duct work was going need a really good scrubbing. After reading other reviews we were planning to upgraded to the rotary cleaning, which was greatly needed. Kris called me down to the utility room to show me the inside of the furnace which had a tone of sheet rock dust. I quickly agreed to have him clean that too. I was very pleased with this service and would highly recommend them. To those who are new to duct cleaning or are new home owners, I learned that in general, you should have these cleaned every 3 years or so and if it's been longer plan on the deep rotary scrubbing.

I purchased the Air Duct cleaning special offered through Angie's List. They contacted me right away to get me on the schedule. They even offered to come out on a Saturday to make it fit into my schedule. On the day of the cleaning I was contacted and asked if I would like them to come a little earlier since they had a cancellation. This worked out well for me so they showed up about a half hour after the call. They explained what they would be doing and did a nice job making sure they did not damage anything when unloading the equipment. When they were just about done they offered to clean the furnace for an additional 49.00 dollars since they were already here. We accepted and the furnace was cleaned. I think all they did was blow it out with compressed air, when I really expected a little more. That was my mistake for not asking how it would be cleaned. Overall it was a pretty good experience with with the exception of one thing. When they blew air into each one of our vents and returns dust and dirt blew out onto our floors and into the air. I expected a little bit of this, but also thought they would at least clean up the stuff that landed on the floors. That was not the case, so after they left we needed to sweep up or vacuum by each vent and return. If they would of done the clean up they would of gotten a higher rating.

The company communicated well and were fair and honest to deal with.

It turned out excellent. I would recommend them to others. They were very friendly, helpful, and showed me several things in my furnace. Very impressed with them and happy with the service.

It was great, the man was very nice and understood my kids crying over the loud noise. I took them outside and he called me when he was done. I was surprised by the free offer. I'd use them again.

They were great...kind and considerate. They were personal and communicated well...worked neatly.

The gentleman came when scheduled, laid out coverings to protect our floors and furniture from soot. He then proceeded to clean our tall chimney from the inside of the house up through the chimney. I purchased the special on Angie's list; within 2 hours I was contacted to set an appointment. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful on working to find a time that would work around my daughter's nap schedule. The tech, Ben, called ahead of time and made sure everything would still work for us. Ben arrived at the time he had said, was very polite and efficient with his work. Ben explained in detail how he would clean our chimney; he was very honest on how often we should get it cleaned in the future. I plan on utilizing Twin City Furnace in the future for both my furnace and chimney needs. I would recommend that you stop looking at other companies and give Twin City Furnace Cleaning a call and set up your cleaning/inspection.

He was punctual, professional, and efficient. He answered my questions and provided very helpful tips.

Attempted to clean vents. Did not warn me of the tremendous noise to come even after seeing we had cats. Our cat ran away faster than ever once cleaning started. Technicians helped to look for the cat while my child was crying and screaming that they lost our cat. Thought the cat may have run through the outside door that had to remain open the entire cleaning time unbeknownst to me. They tried to up sell me by showing me the duct was dirty where it entered my furnace and for 50% more would clean it. Centerpoint energy had just 2 weeks ago cleaned my furnace, so I thought they should have cleaned that part of the vents with the rest. Suffice it to say I am quite certain my vents did not get properly cleaned and wanted them out of my house quickly so I could console my daughter and locate the cat.

It was fine. I thought it was good. The person who came out explained what they were going to do, why they did what they did. Then, he explained some additional options that I could have done and the prices for those and then we didn't opt for any additional services. They were professional, clean, got it done, very efficient. We were pleased. When I set my Angie's thing and they call me and wanted to set something up and they came out exactly when they said they would.

It went really well. He was very helpful and informative. I would have no problem recommending this company or using them again.

Just bought this house. The only negative was the early try to upsell for another $100.00 when he noted that the vents hadn't been cleaned before and describing what I had paid for on Angie's list as "better than nothing". After that Nick got down to business and did what seems to be a very good job. Went the extra mile by noting that a screen over the dryer vent outlet might be a good idea to keep out wandering chipmunks used the pressure hose to clean some grass off the sidewalk after I'd just mowed.

The service went really well. They did exactly what the deal stated. They also capped one of my chimneys for an additional fee. They visited a second time to put the chimney cap on. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. Two technicians came out and did a nice job. I appreciated their feedback and their honesty.

It went well. They found that the chimney needed cleaned and they were at the home for an hour and a half.

The guy was very rude on the phone and I would not recommend using this company. Poor customer service.

Provider was very professional and nice. Called when was on his way and even asked if he could come early as he finished his other job early. Took less time than was advised to have it done even with added A/C tune up and charge. Provider gave me a deal on other services besides the Air duct cleaning since I was adding them on. Would definitely use provider again in the future and recommend them to others.

However, our house configuration is abnormal. We have 2 furnaces with separate ducting. The provider was upfront with us before scheduling any work, stating that he would have to charge us Double. We refused. They told us to seek a refund through Angie's List.
